Masterson said, which everyone agreed to because if it was possible, the marines would have already done it but they didn't.

When Mr. Sniper saw that nobody disagreed, he continued

"if you guys agree with me then you will need to announce this to the agents and all the bases as quickly as possible"

"Because they will need to quickly prepare for the expedition since we have been slowing down the rate of capturing pirates this month after Mr.1's last speech"

"And what is it he said?" Zoro got a little bit curious about what the Blade men said.

"That he will leave the east blue in Mr. Sniper's hands" Nami replied to his question when Damien asked after the greenhead.

"Why did he leave without finishing his original goal?" Damien didn't understand why he left, didn't he come here to wipe out all the pirates?

Masterson looked at Damien and said.

"Because the North Blue branch is facing a big crisis and they needed his help."

"And wha-?" Bryan opens his mouth to ask what is the crisis? Only to be beaten by Masterson who already knew what he would say.

"I don't know, now let's go back to the subject, since two are the ones who made the deal with him, it will be you guys, who will be fully responsible for this expedition"

"from leading all agents to strategy, and personal going out to the sea to capture all of the pirates, I will only help you with your training and if something big happens"

Masterson continued when he saw them accepting what he said.

"Since you agree with what I said, one of you will need to stay here and take the position of commander and lead all the agents while the other will need to become the spearhead and who will personally head out and capture the most pirates to raise all the agents morals to work hard and strike fear in the heart of the pirates"

Masterson stopped and looked at Zoro and Bryan with a faint smile on his face and said.

"Know who will commend and who will set out to hunt?"

He gave them the choice, to see which one of them likes to lead and which one likes to fight.

Zoro looked at Bryan who was also looking at him, they looked into each other's eyes for some time until they came to an understanding, Bryan sighed as he took his sight off the greenhead, who looked back at Mr. Sniper and said.

The Next Day

In the Third floor under Loguetown, in Neathormel city and in front of the Number Castle.

All the agents in LogueTown have gathered in uniformed straight lines, making the once empty square filled to the brim.

"Why did they gather us?"

"Don't you know? from what I heard, we have two new number agents joining us"

"Really! is this why they called us!"

"I don't think so... I think they will announce something massive since every time they gathered us like this something big happens." A billion agent said with caution on his face, he was one of the original million agents who came from the Grandline with Mr.1 and saw their development here in the East Blue, and he knew that something big was going to happen.

"Relax, don't you remember the last announcement? Nahahaha! I don't think they would do something big since Mr.1 isn't here."

"And here I thought they might announce something big like ordering us to wipe all the pirates in the east blue

Hahaha!"

"I hope so..." The Billion agent from before said as he looked at the Four Visual Den Den Mushi, Camekos.

Which were recording the Agents, Who were standing straight and talking quietly with each other, and the balcony on Number Castle where they usually announce important decisions.

The four Visual Den Den Mushi, Camekos stores the images and videos and then transmits them as signals to its counterpart, the Proko who were stationed on all the B. W Bases in The East Blue.

The agents in Loguetown aren't the only ones standing in uniformed lines but almost all the agents around the East Blue were also standing in the front yard of their bases and looking at the screen that was getting the projection from Proko who was broadcasting what was happening in LogueTown live.

They were also confused like the agents in Neathormel city, but they knew something big was going to happen because Mr. 1's last speech didn't get broadcast like this time and so they were nervous and anxious as they waited.

And so on this day, almost all the Baroque Work agents in East Blue stopped working and stood in a straight line anxiously looking at the screen.

They didn't know that what they would see today, would be a major event in East Blue's history.

In Number Castle, in the room that takes you to the balcony.

There we could see many servants in a hurry as they were busy doing their work, in the middle of the room stood a man.

He was getting dressed by the servants into a formal and elegant military suit that was perfectly wrapped around his body, its color is black with a golden pattern that radiates finesse.

Under the suit, he was wearing a plain shirt that was buttoned up fully to support the elegant tie he was wearing.

On top of the shirt he's wearing a black vest with a golden pattern, the vest showed his fairly deep v-line body shape, which causes the vest to line up perfectly with the suit's v-line when it's buttoned up.

He's wearing pants that have the same color as the suit, but a slightly different pattern and they create a perfect balance with his shoes, he's also wearing an elegant pair of blue shoes.

On top of the suit, he was wearing a cape that was deep red in color with B. W insignia on it in golden color.

"Everybody is waiting for you Sir," LittleFinger said as she bowed her head a little at the man in front of her.

"I see... let go then, we can't make them wait, can we..." The man said as he walked behind LittleFinger who led the way, with LongNose following them.

Outside the agents saw the door to the balcony opening as a woman walked out first.

She had black sleek hair that is pulled back to reveal a round, menacing but beautiful face that had jet black eyes that added a menacing feeling to her face

She had a tattoo resembling a dagger subtly placed just above the side of her left eye, leaving a burning memory of her unfortunate past,

She had fair skin that beautifully complimented her black hair as she wore a black military dress with red patterns which perfectly wrapped around her body.

Something is enticing about her, perhaps it's the coldness she radiates or the ways she is loyal to Miss. DoubleFinger and Mr.1? No one knows.

"Hello everyone, thank you for gathering on such short notice, many of you might have been wondering why we gathered you today and that is simply because we have two new Number agents joining us..."

LittleFinger paused a little bit at the end to increase the dramatic effect, she finished her speech by yelling.

"Gave a warm welcome to the new member of Baroque Works, Mr. Mountain!!!"

Afterward, LittleFinger took a step back to let Mr. Mountain take a step forward into the view of everyone, the Den Den Mushi was doing its job as it broadcasts this scene all around the East Blue.

When the agents saw him, they quickly bowed and cupped their hands behind them at the same time as they yelled loudly.

"WELCOME!, SIR. MOUNTAIN!! / WELCOME!, SIR. MOUNTAIN!!"

"Welcome, Sir. Mountain!!! / Welcome, Sir. Mountain!!!"

"Sir. Mountain!!! / Sir. Mountain!!!"

"Sir. Mountain!!!"

Their greeting reverberated and shocked the entire underground floors, the slaves on the second and first floors felt and heard the ground underneath them shake, even Loguetown shook a little bit by the loud and prideful greeting the agents did for their new commander and leader.

it wasn't just here, all around the east blue wherever there was a B. W Base, shook that day as all the agents greeted their new commander with all their hearts, shocking the citizens of those islands who didn't know what was happening.

"Rise"

Mr. Mountain said as he raised his hand signaling to all the agents to stop and raise their heads, with wonder coloring his face since he didn't expect he would get this warm welcome after what he did. (AN: if you guys don't remember he Killed 15 billion agents in TradeHam City)

"Yes, Sir!"

Which the agents did, as they swiftly stopped yelling and looked at Mr. Mountain quietly as they waited to hear his commands.

"Thank you for this warm welcome, and for gathering today for me, since I'm a relatively new member of this organization, I know some of you might be bitter about this news since you might have been expecting someone loyal or someone who worked for years here to get this position, but instead you got me and Mr.Hunter who isn't even here..."

Mr. Moutain paused a little bit at the end and looked at the expressions of everybody down there.

The agents were indeed a little bit upset about this as they know many billion agents who worked hard to spread Baroque Works name around East Blue only for two random men to come out of nowhere and take the position that many dreamt of getting.

But they didn't voice out their displeasure as they knew the fate of anybody who did.

"Mr. hunter... who went out to capture as many pirates as he can, so that he can show you that Mr.1 wasn't wrong in choosing us!!! that we are in fact worthy of this position! We might not have been here when you defect the Arlong pirates or when you stopped the wars that happened all around the East Blue or when you made this part of the sea safe from the pirates!!!"

Mr. Mountain paused one more time as he showed a sad look on his face and said.

"I do regret not being part of all those wonderful things you all did... but I know that we can do many more great things together like finishing Mr.1 and our Boss Mr.0's Dream!!!"

"..."

When the agents heard what he said in the end their hearts started to beat loudly as they knew where he was taking this.

"If Mr.1 wasn't ordered to leave the east blue we would have already wiped half of the pirates! And that is what I and Mr. Hunter intend to do!!"

Mr. Mountain yelled loudly, Shocking the agents who suddenly felt blood rushing through their bodies as they were excited to finally finish the thing they had started, and the agents yelled loudly with all their hearts.

"Mountain!!!" "Mountain!!!"

"Kill all of those M0th_rF*-k.r!!!"

"Kill!!"

"Mountain!!! / Mountain!!!"

"Kill!!!"

The crowd roared violently, many of the agents here were men or women who had lost their family or close friend to pirate attacks.

They joined Baroque Works after hearing Mr. 0's dream of a world without pirates which resonated strongly within them.

And so they joined Baroque Works fought many battles to help East Blue as time went on they became stronger and stronger, which made them feel a great pride as they so the effect of their hard work that brought them closer to their goal.

East Blue Free of Pirates.

"We will not just kill half of them but all the pirates in East Blue!"

Mr. Mountain yelled loudly, he made the crowd go even crazier as they yelled with him.

"Kill them all!"

"Kill"

"Kill them all!"

The agents on other bases also yelled loudly to the sky as they lost their reasoning when they heard what Mr. Mountain said. Finally they will start the final stage.

"Now go and prepare because starting today!! we will slaughtering pirates left and right!!! let's make The East Blue Great Again!!!"

Mr. Mountain yelled loudly as he raised his hand to the sky,

"Let's Make The East Blue Great Again!!!"

Which the agents all around the East Blue repeated as they yelled with everything they could muster.
