'Sigh... calm down. Didn't he(Usopp) pay the price of his reckless actions?' Koru thought with a grin slowly growing on his face when he remembered the sweet punishment he inflected on the lying-no blind boy.

"The Captain of The Fishman pirates, Kuroobi, has arrived!" Kuro was disturbed by the loud yelling of the servant. He looked in the direction of the door only to see a large and muscular man walking in.

The man had grey skin that sometimes shined a little green under the sunlight, and he had black eyes and hair tied into a straight ponytail with fish gills on his neck.

He also had a red sun tattoo on his chest that was somewhat covered by his dark blue gi and a black belt that martial artist usually wears.

Following behind Kuroobi was his right-hand man, Chew, a muscular, blue-skinned, turquoise-haired man with thick lips.

Chew was wearing a striped blue vest with the Arlong Pirates tattoo on his right shoulder and a necklace he was wearing, dark-brown leather pants, and sandals.

"..."

Thump... Thump... Thump...

While the two men walked toward their seats, the Hall became quiet, with the only sound of their footsteps being heard as everyone felt their instinct warning them how dangerous those two Fishmen were.

"Captain Kuroobi," Kuro said as he nodded at the Fishman, who nodded back as he and Chew sat on their seats as silence slowly descended on the four pirates.

Kuroobi looked down at the numerous humans with a complex look within his eyes as he thought bitterly. 'To think we, the mighty Fishman, would ever partner with those filthy humans... what... What would've the Captain done in my place?'

Kuroobi clenched his fist tightly, trying to calm his swirling emotions since he knew that even after all the training he and the other Fishmans had done those past four and half months. They still wouldn't be able to get their revenge or achieve Captain Arlong's goal alone because they don't have the manpower to go against Baroque Works.

That is why he decided to come to this gathering after making a deal with Don Krieg.

'Help me defeat Baroque Works, and I swear I will give you what you desire.' Kuroobi recalled what Don Krieg told him. He felt doubtful about whether what the Human said was true, but he decided to go with him anyway since he would kill the Human if he tried anything suspicious.

'I will definitely fulfill your dream, Captain. The East Blue will definitely be under the rule of the Fishman.'

"The Captain of The Buggy pirates, Buggy The Clown, has arrived!" Kuroobi and the other three were disturbed by the loud exclamation of the servant.

"What!"

"Captain Buggy is here!"

The silent pirate captains quickly started to clamor after hearing what the servant said, while at the same time, they stood up and looked at the door with anticipation.

Buggys' name grew legendary in those past few months as he defeated or outsmarted the Baroque Work agents trying to capture him.

With each successful escape, his name grew more extraordinary and impressive as his bounty grew alongside it, which attracted a lot of pirates who were either seeking to join his crew or to defeat the Legend and spread their name.

His bounty grew larger and larger until it reached 30 million! The largest in the East Blue by a landslide, making the pursuit of B.W even more fierce.

"Gyahahaha! Sit down, sit down, my brothers, you don't need to stand for me, Gyahahaha! " Buggy said as he walked in with Mohji and Cabji walking behind him with a smug and prideful look plastered on their faces.

"BhaBhaBha! Welcome, Brother Buggy. It's an honor to meet you," A fat, muscular man said as he raised his cup towards the sky while bending his knee a little bit in a show of respect toward the Clown.

"Gyahahaha!" Buggy laughed even louder with a pleased looked on his face, which made the crowd quickly try to win his favor after knowing that praises works on him.

"It is a great honor to meet the Greatest Pirate in the East Blue."

"With your great mind and strength, we will definitely crash those bastards."

"Yes, Yes"

"Gyahahaha! With me here, all of you wouldn't need to worry. I swear that soon Baroque Works will cease to exist Gyahahaha!" Buggy's laugh grew more deafening as many pirate captains swirled around him and tried to win his favor with compliments that stroked Buggy's immense pride and ego.

'Gyahahaha! I need to thank Baroque Works for this, Gyahahaha!' Buggy thought as he slowly walked toward the elevated platform while talking to the many captains interested in joining his crew or allying with him.

He didn't think that things would become like this five months ago as he got hunted by Baroque Works.

At the time, he got lucky as the first few squads of B.W agents didn't know of his Devil fruit abilities.

And even after they learned about his Devil fruit abilities. They were either obliterated by his buggy balls, or there was a pirate crew in the area that helped him survive, or a storm that helped them escaped B.W grasped. Many such encounters happened in those past few months that helped him survive the pursuit of Baroque Works.

With each successful escape, his name and bounty grew larger and larger until he had the greatest bounty and reputation in the East Blue.

But his luck ran out this month as B.W sent five fleets of a ship filled with agents to capture him; they slowly surrounded him and were almost about to capture him.

Only for Don Krieg's Right-hand man, Gin the Man-Demon, suddenly came to Buggy's rescue as he quickly overpowers all the agents, safely rescuing him(Buggy) from his dire situation and inviting him to under Don Krieg's request to rule the East Blue Together.

"Gyahahaha! Captain Kuro, how have you been?" Buggy said with a strange grin on his face. as he walked toward the table with his chest raised pridefully.

"Buggy..." Kuro's expression darkened when he saw the Clown. He still couldn't believe that he...

"Gyahahaha! What with that expression, you scheming Black Cat? Do you want another beating?" Buggy said as his grin grew even more prominent as he attracted the attention of everyone in the Hall.

"What! Kuro of a Hundred Plans lost to Buggy the Clown!" one of the pirate captains who was once an ally of Kuro shouted with shock coloring his face.

"What did you expect? Even Baroque Works lost to Captain Buggy." Another Captain said with disdain look.

Considerable pirates looked at Buggy with admiration within their eyes, making the Clown laugh even louder, making Kuro's already dark expression even darker.

Kuro fought Buggy a few days ago as he didn't like the Clown's cocky attitude. Still, regrettably, he didn't know

Buggy's Devil fruit ability, which resulted in his loss.

"Enough, You two. Now isn't the time for this," Kuroobi said with a grave expression and with his arms crossed as he looked at the two humans.

"..." Kuro looked at the Fishman with a sharp look, as Buggy said as he tried to act tough in front of his audience.

"What do you say? Fishboy?"

"..." Kuroobi's expression darkened as he glared at Buggy, making the Clown shake slightly under his cape. Only for the servant to come to Buggy's rescue as he yelled with all his strength.

"Captain of the Krieg Pirates and The Ruler of Armada island! Don Krieg has arivved!"

A man with large muscular features walked in. The man had purple-gray hair and distinct sideburns. His hair was clipped short, and his attire featured many fur-lined elements.

He wore a fur-lined coat over a yellow vest with black spots-like motifs. Around his thick neck are a giant golden chain, purple pants, and black shoes.

Under the fur-lined coat and the yellow vest, he was wearing golden armor, which is fur-lined like the rest of his attire. Consisting of a full-torso carapace, massive shoulder plates, and arm guards.

Following him were two men, one who was an average size with short scruffy black hair and black eyes that didn't have any emotions.

The man's clothes consist of an open gray-white jacket lined with twin red sea-serpent designs, a green undershirt, gray trousers, a gray headband with blue stripes, and two round earrings on each ear.

He had a unique pair of tonfa weighted with metal spheres strapped on his back.

The other man was a towering man with a notably handsome face with, black hair and eyes. The tall man had two large iron plates covering the front and back of his body and two small plates with large pearls embedded in them.

Underneath the iron plates, he wore a light yellow vest and red pants with small plates on his knees with a similar design to the large ones.

He had two small shields in his hands that he used to fight with.

When the pirates process what the servant said, they look at the door with severe looks as silence fills the air. Many, if not almost all, of those pirate Captains didn't meet Don Krieg since they arrived on this island, so they were slightly irritated with him, especially after Buggy treated them with respect and courtesy.

"I'm sorry to make you all wait," Don Krieg said with a sly smile when he saw the crowd's expression as he walked toward his sat, which was the largest and most prominent sat in the Hall. Gin and Pearl sat right next to him.

After sitting in the Hall, Don Krieg looked around with satisfaction and arrogance at the pirate captains, who were staring back at him and silently waiting to hear what he would say.

"Let me first thank you all for gathering on such short notice, and I would like to apologize for not meeting you all as I was busy devising and planning our future movements with Captain Buggy, Kuro, and Kuroobi,"

Don Krieg paused at the end to see everyone's reaction and let them process what he said. He then raised his cup to the sky while saying.

"Now, let's begin the gathering that would decide the Future of This Sea!"
