Chapter Fourteen

"Despite your dreadful and awful looking hair , you dance decent compared to half the men in my Kingdom"

*Deeply blushing*

*Act fool ,act fool*

*Ears getting a deep shade of red*

"Thank you, my lady. '' I said, smiling at her and hoping that I get to have that real kiss successfully without any mishap and chaos occurring.

Calamities seem to accompany me especially when I have a mission to fulfill, I am slightly suspecting the Sin System but let keep these between us.

I held Princess Edwina's hands in mine as I swayed her gently , my legs and body coordinates moving like magic.

It felt so surreal, like something from Disney movies. Lisa bullies me to watch with her since she always hides the remote for the television when we were much younger.

Princess Edwin looks so dashing especially with the way her eyes lit up when she looks up to smile at me and the chandelier having the same effect as the sun with the way it shone down on her.

I peered a glance at the audience and yes I confirmed it ,they were looking at me with envy in the eyes.

Good, I wrapped my hands a bit tighter around princess Edwina as she kept beaming, not showing any form of hesitation .

Does she like me?

Well, the kiss will tell.

After the band finished playing the first round and the hall thundered with applause especially after the last twirl that I lifted her up in the sky as she turned around elegantly and dropped back into my arms.

"Thank you , thank you my lady" I said softly bowing down while thanking her.

She smiled and touched the bangs of my dreadful hair before looking into my eyes and around but thankfully the second song was playing and people were already coming to the dance floor to dance.

"Pardon me, I'm so sorry couldn't resist ruffling your hair "

"Than…"

"Just like a baby " she said giggling and I swallowed back what my words were.

Baby?! Is this even okay for a supposedly love interest to call me baby?!

"Ouch , ouch" I tried to turn and see heap pushed me into the arms of thee innocent looking and beaming princess.

"I'm so sorry, it's alright. I find being clumsy a bit cute " she said smiling as I lift my body off hers as fast as I can to avoid any talks that will spoil the praise of my perfect dancing.

I tried to smile at her for calling my daily lifestyle of clumsiness cute when my eyes sighted a dude who was looking down at me with a mean expression..

"Can I request another dance as a plea for touching your hair without permission?" She asked, biting her lips and looking away.

"Lips…"

"What?"

"I meant to say, who still says no to such a dashing beauty" I subconsciously smacked my head for getting ahead of itself and giving me the silly idea to just grab her and kiss her on the lips.

First, she won't have time to reside since she won't know and secondly she won't behave rashly with me in the presence of her subjects especially when my identity is not yet known.

It would be such a big scandal if I'd do that to the president's daughter back home. I shook away the thoughts and brough my head back to the game.

She smiled back taking my hands while we once again floored the dance with our magnificent dance till everyone once again shifted and gave us space in the middle of the dance floor.

It bursted my confidence , no one has ever paid attention to me and it feels so nice and thrilling.

We danced and danced till the second beat finished and these people joined us for the third time.

"Don't you guys get tired of dancing over here?" I asked Princess Edwina, who still looked sweatless while I was here , silently praying that my sweat didn't drench my nice scenting perfume.

"No, we can go I forever and ever …it's thrilling to let your body move "

"Ohh" I replied trying my best not to stare at how beautiful her boobs is looking beautiful and rounded and polished underneath the corset she is wearing.

*Faint sounds of pieces of pearl beats*

I felt the small slippery round objects underneath my legs and took me my breath to stand still and not fall.

This is the second time, definitely not a mistake. I looked around my gaze meeting several mean looking eyes from re bachelors while a few were trying to come over.

An image flashed back in my brain and I remembered where I saw the guy that pushed me earlier on. He is that flashy guy from the first restaurant I was denied entrance .

I need to kiss Edwina and be out of here ,I really wanted to stay long with her after our pleasant small conversations.

"Huh?"

What's that? I felt something in the pockets of my trousers.

I let go of Princess Edwina's and try to check what the disturbing box is.

Did the Sin System drop some sort of secret message?

"Hey you seem distracted…. ,what's your name ? Asked princess Edwina when I felt my leg slip and face way .

It felt like a slow motion and I tried to stop my body from falling but it was too late and everywhere got blurry accompanied with gasp and soft rumpuses from the subject.

I closed my eyes from embarrassment even before my head painfully hit the marble tiled floor.

"Call a doctor !Someone should help him!" I heard the voices echoing from afar as I felt shadows of quite a number of people looking down on me.

Shit, I have fucked up big time.

No kiss for me.

I could still hear the commotion around with my eyes still closed when I felt a soft lips capturing mine roughly forcing it to open.

"You don't have to do the CPR yourself princess!" I heard a voice echoed making all my weak vessels go on alert as her lips left mine for a brief second leaving me frozen.
