Chapter 10: M.A.D
Kanjiro's POV:
Tozuki threw punched me right in the gut, doing heavy damage to me, I quickly jumped back and hesitantly summoned my Katana.
Kanjiro: Cut The Heavens And The Earth, EXCALIBUR!
My sword transformed, the hilt became golden and the blade grew in length. Tozuki threw another punch which I managed to block with Excalibur, I was sent flying into a building. Tozuki appeared in front of me, kicking me right in the head sending me through multiple buildings and landing on the street.
Tozuki created a yellow Maho knife, he held it up and was about to finish me, but a fire spear hit Tozuki right in the chest, giving me a chance to stand up. I looked behind me to see who saved me, to see Gekoto Fumei, known on campus as 'The Pyromaniac'.
Gekoto: What's that thing? Is that a Maho Puppet?
Kanjiro: Some strange goo surrounded Tozuki and now he's uncontrollably angry, I don't know what's going on.
Gekoto: I'll try to handle him for now, call M.A.D so they can take care of him.
A/N: M.A.D stands for Maho Association of Defence.
Narrator POV:
Gekoto created 2 fireballs, blasting them toward Tozuki, he managed to dodge them both, then Tozuki began to dig underground. Gekoto generated fire in his hand, he then touched the ground blasting all the fire into the ground as Tozuki burst out from the hole screeching in pain.
Tozuki rushed at Gekoto, punching him square in the face as Gekoto caught himself before he fell. Gekoto created another fire spear, he thrust it forward into Tozuki's arm as he screamed in pain. Before Gekoto could pull the spear out Tozuki grabbed it and spun Gekoto around. Tozuki released the spear sending Gekoto flying, however, Kanjiro ran over and caught Gekoto.
Kanjiro: Alright, M.A.D is on their way, let's hold him off.
Kanjiro and Gekoto both rushed at Tozuki, Kanjiro slashed Tozuki's leg, which quickly healed but Gekoto dropkicked Tozuki before flipping back and throwing a fire spear right in the stomach. Tozuki grabbed Kanjiro by the face and threw him into Gekoto. Tozuki created a ball of Maho, compressing it to the size of a fist, throwing it at Gekoto and Kanjiro sending them flying into the air. Tozuki jumped up, punching them higher and higher into the air nearly reaching the atmosphere, Tozuki then hit them both down with an axe kick.
There was a loud boom as Gekoto and Kanjiro hit the ground, Tozuki created a giant ball of Maho, he was going to finish them off until a beam of light shot right through his chest, Tozuki then collapsed to the ground unconscious.
2 Men walked up, the one who shot Tozuki had blonde hair, he wore sunglasses and a white suit with white dress shoes. The other was a tall man with a straw hat, he wore a long blue robe with a red bandana and a scythe in hand. The man in the suit picked up Tozuki, and the man with the straw hat carried Gekoto and Kanjiro.
2 Hours Later
Tozuki's POV:
I felt something tap my head, I opened my eyes to see a man in a white suit sitting in front of me, the room was made of stone with no windows, there was a small table between me and the man, there was also a man wearing a straw hat standing in a corner.
Man In Suit: Hello, I'm agent 00 and he is agent 001, can you tell us what you've been doing today?
Tozuki: Uh, my memories are a bit blurry but I was at the MMA tournament in the *Kaido District* and I-I was leaving the building, and after that everything went black.
Agent 00 looked to Agent 001, they both nodded their heads and disappeared from the room, I tried to stand up but realized my hands and legs were tied. I struggled and attempted to use my Maho but I was too tired, I wondered if I was tired from the tournament or if something else happened.
10 Minutes Later
Agent 00 and Agent 001 were both still gone, however, I heard a strange noise that sounded like paper ripping, I looked around to see the room was shaking until the roof completely disappeared. I looked up to see something green in the sky, it seemed to be a portal. Everything in the city seemed to be sucked into it, I felt the chair move as I was pulled into the sky.
I tried to wiggle out of the chair, I felt something weird coming out of my sock until I remembered what happened yesterday, I kicked my leg and I saw a purple goo fall off my leg, as I was sucked into the portal.
I saw a bright light as I shut my eyes, I slowly reopened them to see a white void, there were many buildings and rubble floating in the void, I was also floating in the chair. I tried to get out of the chair, but I was still unable to until I felt a *boom* as a boulder slammed into the back of the chair I was broken free but injured.
I grabbed onto the roof of a building, looked around some more to see the same portal, then pushed off the roof and floated toward the portal. I reached my left arm through the portal, before getting hit from my left side, I was sent flying back through a floating building. I looked to see what hit me, to see a tall skinny man, he had ankle-length black hair and a long beard. He wore black shorts with no shirt and dark lifeless red eyes.
Tozuki: Are you trapped here too? And why did you hit me?
The man ignored my questions, and punched the air, I felt a pain in my stomach, and realizing he was trying to fight, I created a Maho knife and threw it at the man. The knife missed and I quickly hid behind the building, I kicked the building toward the man but he quickly chopped it in half. The man saw me and quickly flew toward me, kicking me in the stomach as I coughed up blood. I fell to the ground and pretended to be knocked out, the man stared at me, before flying through the portal and leaving the dimension.
