Chapter 22: Surge

Yoshi: The {Celestial Beings} are by far the strongest creatures in the universe, and I doubt anyone could surpass them
Tozuki: You never know until you try!
Yoshi: Many have tried and all have failed
Tozuki: Well what happened after the Dragons evolved?
Yoshi: Well, then the 4 energies were created, from Heaven there was {Maho}, which is what Earth-Realm uses right now. {Ethereal}, from The Underworld. {Celestria} from The Outer Realm and last but not least, {Surge} from The Underwater Realm, where we are. Each faction of Dragons began to expand the power of there energy, until The Great Dragon War.
Tozuki: Great Dragon War?
Yoshi: Your time here is running out, will you become the {Champion Of Leviathans} to bring balance to the 5 realms?
Tozuki: Alright sure, will I get access to that {Surge} thing?
Yoshi: After training yes, well good luck back on Earth-Realm
Yoshi roared and created a {Red Portal} in front of Tozuki, he walked in and fell from the sky and hit the ground. He looked around to see he was on campus, he quickly got up and looked at his phone.
Tozuki In Head: 21 Days until I get my arm and legs healed, I'll train for 16 days and then see if I can get back to the {Underwater Realm} within the last 4 days.
*15 Days Later In Kaido District Gym*
Tozuki was casually bench-pressing 1,000,000 pounds without using Maho. He sat up, exhausted and drank some water.
A/N = If you're wondering how they have such a heavy weighted bar it's because they made it so whoever is using the bar can choose how much it weighs using Maho.
Tozuki In Head: 10,000! 10,000 bench-presses with 1,000,000 pound weights.
Tozuki stood up and walked out of the gym, he was about to go home until he noticed a group of masked men running out of a bank with large bags of money. The group of men got in a car and began to drive away, Tozuki quickly rushed in front of the car. The car slammed into him, the car exploded doing no damage to Tozuki.
Masked Man #1: W-What the hell happened?!
Masked Man #2: Is that a person!?
Masked Man #3: L-Let's get out of here!
The masked men ran away from Tozuki, Tozuki appeared in front of the masked men and knocked 2 out immediately with a single punch, the other 2 were frozen in fear.
Tozuki: Where do you think you're going?
Tozuki flipped forward and brought his leg down knocking 1 out, then rushing and drop kicking the last masked man in the face. Tozuki heard the sound of police sirens, so he quickly escaped the area.
*Small Clearing In Kusanagi Forest*
Tozuki: Now let's see...how could I replicate that Red Portal to go to the {Underwater Realm}
Tozuki: I should start by imagining going there...and then try creating a portal-
Tozuki: Wait how do I even make a portal?!
Tozuki curled up in a ball and began to rock back and forth, thinking of ideas.
Tozuki In Head: Do I just create a disk of Maho and imagining myself going there? HOW THE HELL DO YOU MAKE A PORTAL!
Tozuki yelled out in frustration, yelling with all his might, and suddenly he fell through the ground. Tozuki hit his head on the ground, it felt like a hard rock. He stood up and looked around, seeing nothing but dark rocks and lava for at least 10,000 Miles.
Tozuki: What is this place? This looks like the nether from {Minecraft}
Tozuki jumped from rock to rock, until he was stranded on a single rock in the middle of an ocean of lava.
Tozuki: Let's see how much damage I can do to this place!
Tozuki pulled his arm back, charging 10% of all his current Maho and thrusted his fist forward, sending shockwaves everywhere and melting lava. Tozuki charged up 40% of his Maho in a punch, sending him flying backwards, eventually falling into a pit of dark boulders. Tozuki stood up and tried to jump out of the pit, but something was restricting his Maho.
Tozuki: That's strange, well I guess I'll just stack the boulders on top of each other.
Tozuki grabbed the boulder beside him and attempted to lift it, barely able to move it off the ground.
Tozuki: Damn this thing is heavy...I'll lift with all my might!
Tozuki put his hands under the boulder and lifted up, his body shook and pushed, until he felt a surge of energy enter his body and lifted it onto the boulder behind him. Tozuki smirked and stacked the boulders on top of each other, eventually climbing out of the pit.
Tozuki: That energy...it's similar to that of Yoshi, was this his doing?
A Red Portal opened in front of Tozuki, he knew it was Yoshi who opened it so he quickly rushed into the portal, falling on his head again. He was on the same ship as last time, and he saw Yoshi rise out of the water.
Yoshi: Welcome back, Champion.
Tozuki: That was you, wasn't it?
Yoshi: Of course, who else would have the portal to transfer someone across realms?
Tozuki: That does make sense, so do you know what that energy was?
Yoshi: Ah, that. It is the energy here in the Underwater Realm, known as {Surge}.
Tozuki: Oh yeah, you told me about {Surge} in the last chapter
Yoshi: Chapter?
Tozuki: Nevermind, so now can you teach me in the ways of Surge?
Yoshi: Yes, however you must prove yourself, you must fight and defeat a {Low-Rank Leviathan}
Tozuki: Is a Low-Rank Leviathan one of your descendants?
Yoshi: Yes, to become a Leviathan you must receive the blessing of the {Leviathan Clan Leader} which is me, the rankings in the Underwater Realm goes in the order of Low-Rank Dragon < Low Rank Leviathan < Mid-Rank Dragon < High-Rank Dragon < Mid Rank Leviathan < Royal-Rank Dragon < High-Rank Leviathan < Royal-Rank Leviathan < Leviathan Clan Leader
Tozuki: I see, how would I fight a Low-Rank Leviathan?
Yoshi: I will summon my Nephew here, he is currently 9 in human years.
Tozuki: A 9 year old? Isn't that a bit harsh?
Yoshi: You may think that, but you can only truly make a judgement once you try
Yoshi's eyes shined brighter as a massive yellow crack appeared in the air, as a small cyan scaly creature slithered out, they looked like a combination of a Dragon and Leviathan, it had no limbs but large wings.
Yoshi: This is my nephew, Yosha
Yosha: YOSHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Tozuki: Are you sure I should fight him? He's very small...
Yoshi: He is of the lineage of a Royal-Rank Leviathan and near the level of power of a Mid-Rank Dragon
Tozuki: Alright, then bright it on, Yosha!
Yosha flapped his wings, moving at supersonic speeds hitting Tozuki in the chest. Tozuki recoiled in pain but quickly grabbed Yosha and slammed him into the ground, letting go and spinning around into a kick which Yosha managed to dodge.
Tozuki got into a fighting stance, Yosha rushed at him which he managed to dodge to the side and place a Maho Bomb on Yosha, which he didn't notice. Yosha shot multiple beams of {Surge} from his mouth, which Tozuki managed to dodge each of them, Tozuki uppercut Yosha, and as Yosha fell to the ground Tozuki activated the Mho Bomb, knocking Yosha out.
