 'Well, I know little about monster race but only level nine and level ten can talk in rare cases level eight can but to have a territory depending on how big, only a level ten can defend a huge territory, level nine will not dare to have a big territory,' Wu Yi answered. 'A level ten is what realm in the human race?' Huno asked. 'That's the Ascension realm,' Wu Yi replied and Huno nodded. 


 'There are people at the gate,' Wu Yi said. 'Okay let's go meet them,' Huno said and stood up. Wu Yi followed as he left his room and walked through the open space before the gate. She opened the gate and the third vice city, his grandson, two men and a young boy, appeared. 'I have seen the vice city lord,' Huno and Wu Yi greeted.
