Chapter 156: Alternative Result

Akuma went inside the apartment after Angelie turned on the lights inside. She immediately went to the refrigerator and got some cold barley tea that was in a glass pitcher.

Meanwhile, Akuma headed toward the small table in the middle of the room and sat down beside it. After Angelie got drinking glasses near the kitchen sink, she then went to sit down near the table as well.

"You definitely didn't hesitate to just sit down here like it was your house."

Angelie poured the cold barley tea into the glasses without looking at Akuma, who was across the table from her.

"What was I supposed to do? Ask for your permission to sit down? You're the one who invited me here, remember?!"

Akuma lightly slammed his closed fist on top of the table.

"I'm just saying you're feeling TOO at home."

Angelie then squinted at Akuma.

"That's because you keep on inviting me over. I got used to it. You're to blame, if anything."
