Sanaka caught up with Kirei on the staircase going toward the school building hallways. Kirei stood facing the wall and covered her face with both her hands. Sanaka could hear Kirei's soft and controlled cries. Sanaka just stood beside her friend without saying anything. 


Once Kirei calmed down a bit, she let her hands down and sniffled for a while. She wiped her eyes and then turned around to look at Sanaka.
