Long ago there lived a great king, King Nesbeth who was loved by all the people in the land because he was a very kind and benevolent king, he had 3 sons in whom he saw the potential of greatness, that were fit to become kings but only one king could rule the country at a time so the king had an idea and made a decree
  that the country will be divided into 3 Kingdoms and each of his sons would have a Kingdom to rule for themselves, so his two younger sons Prince Aidan and Prince Bavol set out, each going in the opposite direction of each other to establish
  their own kingdoms, with their father's kingdom being the head ruler over them. the king was proud of how they were building up their own kingdom.
  the 3 Kingdoms lived in harmony for over 400 years until the kingdoms of the East and West fell under the rule of evil Kings.
  and plotted to overthrow the Central kingdom, not too long after the Great Invasion took place, the East and West kingdoms rose up and destroyed the Central Kingdom.
  the current king, King Cresswell, and his family were killed but a servant saved the last child of the king and hid him, he was brought up in a village deep in the mountains of the Central Kingdom. there he grew up with the servants' children.

3 Kingdoms

William was dumbstruck his eyes wide open with tears running down his face, he placed his hand in his pocket and squeezed the ring, "how could you have hidden something like this from me?" asked William, "please forgive me, William, I never meant you any harm," said Joy.


 "How could you, they slaughtered my family and have my sister in bondage," said William, "I didn't know that the Princess was alive till now," said Joy as she went to hug him but he said "don't touch me," and he ran out of the room and left the house crying, as Joy was going after him, "let him go, he will be ok," said Thomas.


William went to the apple tree by the river he took out the ring his father gave to him as a baby, " all this time, and I didn't even know," said William as he looked at the ring.


He then tried the ring on one of his fingers, and then in that instant, he started to see flashes of the past of many things that had happened, he then found himself in a black empty place, He looked around and said, "where am I?" his voice echoed back."


"I see you have finally put the ring on my son," said King Cresswell, William wiped the tears from his eyes, "who are you?" asked William, the person turned around, smiled, and said, " I'm King Cresswell my son, William," William was shocked, "how is this possible, aren't you dead, am I dead?" asked William, he smiled and said, " no my son, you're alive and well," said King Cresswell, " but how am I seeing you?" asked William.


That ring I gave you as a baby is a two-part magical item," said King Cresswell, "what?" asked William, it connects you to your ancestors and to a very powerful magical item called the First King's Sword," said, King Cresswell.


" I'm sorry I wasn't around to watch you grow up and be there with you, Joy did a good job of keeping you safe, your mother would be proud," said King Cresswell, "Joy lied to me all this time, she hid everything from me," said William, "well I asked her to keep you safe so I guess that was her way, it was too dangerous for you so don't be too hard on her, she did her best," said King Cresswell.


"Your right, I guess I was being hard with her, come to think of it," said William, "what was my mother like?" he asked, the King smiled and said "she was a strong and brave woman," "I have so many questions to ask you but the people of the Central Kingdom are suffering and I really want to help them but I don't know how too," said William.


 "Believe in yourself my son you have the power to save them all and rebuild the Kingdom, don't worry you are not alone for I am always with you," said King Cresswell, William was back under the apple tree, he looked around a couple of times he thought to himself was I dreaming, did I just talk to my dad, it felt so real he held his hand to his heart and smiled.


So I'm the prince of the Central Kingdom, my father was the King and my mother was the Queen, I also have a sister named Deana, I was saved by Joy my mother's Chamberlin, this changes everything, all those people in the city, who are suffering right now, I have to do something to help them and I know exactly what I have to do, don't worry everyone, just hold on a little bit longer, ill make things right again," said William.


Chapter 11: "Son Meets Father"
