Chapter #3: #7 Base

[In the city outside restaurant]

A female robot waiter walks up to them, "What will youu guys being having?" She said.

"Hmm i will have a cup of coffee and anything the boy wants." Said Yuki

"I will have ice cream." Said Youta.

"Ok then coming right up."

"Why did we stop here." said Youta.

"Because i wanted to teach you about this world" Said Yuki.

"Huh?"

"You saw that big ass build on your way in?"

"Yea the blue one."

"That's where the 10 Generals also known as 10 Paragons and the Grand General stays and give us orders each of the 10 generals is giving a base to look over they get missions from The Grand General they give it to The Lieutenant Generals and The Lieutenant Generals gives it to The Major Generals and then they gives it to someone skill enough to handle it that's what we call The Chain of Command." Yuki Explain.

The waiter comes back and place the order on the table, "Here's your tea sir and your ice cream sweetie." The waiter said.

Thank you they both said together

"No problem I hope you enjoy." She said before walking off.

"We hunters work in a group of 4 lucky for you we have 3 new guys at the base I believe they are the same age as you or maybe older."

"That power that I got 6 years ago what is it and what is MWC really." Youta asked Yuki.

"Oh you mean your Ryoku it's a type of power that utilize one's ranking persons who use this powers are called Counters. Have you ever wonder what the color of your ranking means and what do you ranking means?" Yuki asked

"Yea." Youta replied

"Well that's a surprise you should try and figure it out yourself I won't be telling you everything if i do then how would learn and make mistakes hahah all I can say is with your ranking your at the top of the food chain."

"Huh?"

"Oh yea you wanted to know what WMC really are huh all i can say their not from this place or time." Said Yuki

"what does that mean."

"IDK if your done let's go meet the team."

[The #7th base is the last and final base for the Hunter's State every year new members try and join the Hunter's State and is place in a base each base is around 1000,000 square meters which means the member has their own place to stay but every room has to have two person a man and a woman.]

"Here we're welcome to #7th base of the Hunter's State."

TEP! TEP! Yuki opens the door and walks in with Youta behind him.

"Your late." [One of #7th Base Captain: Chole]

"Easy there chole I was showing him around the city." Yuki replies.

"Right."

"Is the boss in?" Yuki ask.

"yea he sure is" Chole answered.

"Can you call a meeting for me with only the new members and yourself"

"Yea ok." Said chole

KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Come on in."

"Oh it's you u yuki and you must you Youta." [Lieutenant General: Saki of The #7th Base]

"Well Yea."

"Well I'm Lieutenant General Saki u caught me in a bad time, You know I was just heading out on a mission you know but when I'm back we will sit down have some juice and talk ok youta just me and you."

"Ok."

Saki walks out the room and leaves Youta and Yuki in his office alone,

"I thought you said the lower members below him goes on mission." Said Youta

"You see that's only for lower missions like E-C First Lieutenant and Second Lieutenant goes on B-A Captains goes on A Major General goes on A-S Lieutenant Generals goes on S and Generals goes on S-Z. You know what would be nice if the ranks below Captain level has a person who's captain level and can get the rank of acting Captain then the work load would be easy around here anyways come on let's go meet the rest I'm so excited to see you guys in the future yaaaay." Yuki replied.

TEP! TEP! TEP! they walk down the stairs heading to the meeting hall.

"Good your all here first of all I would like you all to meet Youtasuke Hikaru he's a new member yaaaay so treat him nice and treat him like family and Youta that's Drianna, Freyja, and then you have Brooks they are all privates like and their also your teammates and that is Captain Chole you met her earlier she will be the head of your team you will report to her and she will give you all missions that you can do."

"Ok." Youta Reply.

"Brooks."

"Yes sir." [Private of The #7th Base Emilio Brooks]

"Give Youta a tour and show him his room thank you."

"No thank you sir." Brooks yell.

"Hmmm Aaahh ok." Yuki said with a weird look on his face.
