Layla and Dela...

Layla took her laptop to browse through the internet, she came across a message from Dela.

  "How are you doing this morning". She read and smiled then replied to him.

  "Not well "

Dela was also online so he replied.

  "Why what happened"

"I'm having a serious headache"

"If you had a serious headache why not sleep rather than be online"

  "Yh I'm not feeling like sleeping"

"Then I don't think you are sick"

"Are you in me"

"Whatever,  anyway have you taken in any medicine"

    "No"

"Why?

"Because I can't find any excuse again"

"Excuse for what"

"Well my mom was asking me what caused the headache and I can't tell her that I went to play in the rain yesterday "

  "Why not tell her so she can scold you for you deserve it, stubborn girl "

   "Hey watch your mouth "

"I'm not talking, I'm typing "

"Then watch it"

"Whatever I'm going to take my shower now so go and take your medicine before I come back "

  "And what will you do to me if I don't "

"I will beat you"

"Then you should better start preparing for a fight"

   Dela sent her a laughing emoji and switch off his laptop.

   (See him..) Layla said and smirked, just then she heard a knock on the door.

  "Who is there please come in". She said while resting her legs on her bed.

   Her room was a big one, her bed was a queen size bed with a big pink blanket cover all over.  She loves teddy so there was a whole lot of all kinds of teddies on her bed. Her room was like that of a pinky fairy. With a stock of books on her shelves in her room.

   Her mother opened her door with a strange look on her face. Layla look around her to see why her mother's face was like that.

   "What is the problem mom". She said, she was already on her feet when she saw that it was her mom but not her annoying maid.

   "Are you not the one who came downstairs to tell me you are sick"

   "Please mom it was me"

"Are you sure"

"Yes mom..but why are you asking this question"

  "Because you look well and fit"

"Aah..me". She look herself in the mirror for a while then turned back to her mom.

  "Yes. I look alright, but my head was aching me just now.. where did it go"

  "You haven't taken in any medicine"

"Yh... I almost forgot to tell you that I have taken in medicine already "

   "Okay then go and take your shower after that come downstairs to have your breakfast before you go to school"

   "Okay mom I will be there"

"Make sure you dress in your uniform before coming "

   "Okay mom"

Her mother went out, when Becky her mother went out she was still wondering how quickly her daughter's temperature had reduced within a minute.

   (How is it possible, just now she was complaining of headache and...what happened. Even if she took medicine it can be soo quick like that).  Becky thought to herself and went to her kitchen to make some breakfast for her family.

     "What happened to me ". Layla stood in her long mirror, watching her reflection from the mirror.  She doesn't seem to be the first girl she woke up this morning. She was wondering how quickly her headache has subdued within a minute.

   Suddenly she remembered something just an hour ago.

   ( Okay I said I should have listened to Dela, then I took a look at the wrist brace he came me. I made a wish that my headache she be subdued....and then there was a reflection of the bracelet and the sun...and.. and it begins to gloomy. Just then I couldn't feel my head heavy again... which means... nothing..)

  "What I'm I thinking..that sound ridiculous how can this bracelet be a magic bracelet..that sound weird," she thought to herself and laughed over it then she went to her bathroom to take a shower.

    Dela was done with his breakfast, he went to his room and took his bag then rushed out of his room.  "Dad, mom I'm off..bye"

  "Off to where my dear wait and let your father drop you"

   His mother said, shouting from the kitchen.

"But mom I'm not still the baby boy you know. please I'm grown up and I can walk on my own"

   "I'm not saying you can't walk on your own. but I'm only concerned about how people will be streaking pictures of you, you don't like to be on the media right"

    "I don't care, mom... besides they are my fans and I can't hide from them forever"

  "No my dear they won't allow you to go to your school peaceful and for those who are not your fans they will try to hurt you"

    Dela was a person who always got weakened by his mother's words so he gave up.

  "Okay, mom. I will be waiting for dad outside"

"That my boy...and please I heard your director saying that you have a show this evening "

   "I'm not going tell him to cancel it"

Dela has his  plans for the evening already and he doesn't want anything to come across it"

"Wait what..how can he just cancel it..they are a lot of people who are willing to see you please "

   "That is my final word, mom...I'm not going "

"Why"

"Because I have my reasons ". After saying that he went out of the kitchen and walked straight to his father's car.

     "Jonie wake up are you not going to school today". It was already 8:00 am and Jonie was still in bed, his father has been knocking on his door for almost an hour but still, he was not minding him.

All that he said was ". Dad I'm coming". But still, he was sleeping.

  "why are you backing on my son's door at this early morning". His mother came.

  "Is this still early morning, it is already 8:00 am and he still sleeping you are telling me that is early "

   "Ooh please you can't pressure my king like that.. allow him to sleep "

  "Stop spoiling him already "

"Ooh I'm the one spoiling him right..what about you".

   "Please can we stop with this and wake him up". his father said while knocking on the door.

    Not knowing Jonie has already used the back door and has gone out of the house a long time. As they keep on talking, his mother heard a call from his school.

   "Good morning Mrs..". Jonie's class teacher called his mother when he got to the school he told his teacher to call his parents and tell them about it all else they won't rest.

   "Fine morning"

"Please this is madam Roseland Joni's class teacher.. please your son Jonie has already reported to school so please don't worry much about him"

   "What.. anyway is okay and please thanks for calling ". She hang up and took a long look at her husband then she began to laugh.

  "Why are you laughing, and who was that "

"While for your lucky information, your son has arrived in school already so you don't need to fight with me anymore". After she said that, she laughed again and went out from there.

   " Jonie had already gone to school". His father said then he also went away.

     Two weeks later.

"My queen please she just left her house right now"

    "Follow her"

"Okay". The person end the call and start his car then he started to follow Becky. 

     Becky drive for a while before realizing that someone was following her.

   "What car is that". Just then her eyes caught the number plate of the car.

   "No way is them.. haha sweet". She said and smirked then stepped on her car to go faster.

   " You wanna go on a race then let go"  she drove her car at full speed but still the other car too was following her.  

     After driving for a while, she saw that he was still following her, so she gave Robin a call.

   " Hello Becky"

" Yh Robin I need your help now"

" Anything I will do..what is up"

" Those people Aaron talk about with you the other day are following me now"

    " What"

  " Yh and right now I have passed my workplace I'm still driving and they are still after me, I want you to tell your boys to meet me"

  "Okay I will send you one of their number and please send him your location now they will meet you"

    " I'm waiting".  Just then she had a message from Robin.  She checked it and it was what they talked about just a moment ago.

    She quickly sent them her location and within a minute she saw another car behind her.  She knew that it was them because of the car They were using.

   "Mrs..please we are here". They said.

  "I have seen you already.. have you seen that black car on the next line"

   "Yes"

"Follow him for he is after me. I will drive him to a quite area then you will deal with him there..but note, don't kill him bring him to me.. we need to get some information from him"

   "Okay, madam on it". Just then they disconnected the call.

   Becky begin to drive slow then she turned to the left side of the road and  she saw a sign board which says ( Danger on road keep off)

  After reading it she smiled and smirked then she said to herself.

   "Perfect time Mr..". Then she drove off. 

   When the man saw the signboard, he begin to wonder what she was going to do there. For that matter, he stopped his car and got out of it. But Becky was far gone.

  "What is she going to do there, didn't she read the signboard". While he keeps on wondering to himself someone grabbed him from behind and forces him to the ground.

   "Tied him up". He ordered and then called Becky to come back.

   "Hello madam please all done we have got him".

"Wait for me there". Becky said and drove back to where they were.

  She stepped out of her car with a bold smile on her face.

   " Hello...I think we have met again". She said to the man who was on the floor and was struggling to get himself out.

   " No..no , don't even dare to think that you can get out from here..Mr.. you are in the middle of the sea and you are still thinking that you can escape.. hahaha do you remember telling me this.. today is your turned for there is a saying that what goes around, comes around.. boys take him away I will be coming with Mr. Aaron this evening to ask him questions". She ordered them and they did as she said without question.

   They took him away and she also went away

  "So tell me Dela what are you going to do this summer vacation". Layla asks Dela when they close from school that day.

"Well I have nowhere going"

"Then can you go outing with me"

  "No"

"Why".

"Nothing". 

Layla frowned and said.

  "That is why you are such a boring guy"

"Yh and I like it"

"Mmm...you are soo annoying to talk to"

" Hahaha.. whatever". Dela said and laugh at her.

    "Anyway, I will like to go with you". Jonie said from behind "

   "You will go with me "

"Yes my little beauty "

"Her name is Layla ". Dela said sounding annoying.

"Hey you what is your problem with that..you don't wanna go with me and someone wanna go with me .. besides I like how he calls me "

Layla said and held Jonie's hand. 

    "Then I will go too". Dela said

"Wait what..you just said you don't wanna go right"

     "I did say that but can't I have a change of mind"

    "Whatever I will love to see both of you there". Layla said and hug both of them then she run to see her friends off.

   "Hey you stay away from her"  Jonie said when Layla was gone.

  "Hmm...in your dreams man". Dela said and went away.
