In many novels, there's often a scenario where the protagonist, hailing from the smallest and most remote town on the world's edge, beats up the local old and weak to venture into a more prosperous and thriving foreign land, then encounters more villains and clueless thugs in the big cities, thereby gaining resources to advance to larger cities and bigger maps.


Ian has always believed that he perfectly fits the standard of this type of novel plot.
