If "angelic descent" was the Clergy's trump card, then Fallen Angels were the arch-nemesis of the holy faction.

During the last Holy Mountain battle, due to a miscalculation, all the descending angels fell, leaving the Clergy gravely weakened.

As if that weren't enough, they are now actively causing angels to fall. If this news got out, not only would the Continent of Aslante be shaken, but the Angel Clan would also be furious.

Ordinary people assume angels are the voice of the Divine Spirit, the same entity, but that's pure nonsense.

The Divine Spirit is the Divine Spirit, angels are angels, completely different species.
