William Pierce, experienced defeat countless times. A defeat that filled his life with misery and regrets. But even so, William did not despair and pushed on to be a mage.

The Great Mage Is Not Gifted

Because of what William told the prince, he was invited to tent that was prepared for the rest of his stay. The town and most of its facilities have been wrecked with only the inn where Amira and William stayed as the last building with no damages whatsoever. 


All the soldiers that was ordered to keep the town safe admires Amira for her bravery while facing the chimeras. Because she witnessed how William and the kobold magus deal with the chimeras in the forest of Libri, she is able to take care of a good number of them.


"How is your female acquaintance?" the prince asks. William feels relieved that there is someone that doesn't assume that Amira is his wife. He sees it as a good sign. "She is sleeping now, expending mana close to zero is something that will make all mages faint." William responds, the prince is relieved and nod his head. "That is good to hear. Now then, please tell me about what you said earlier."
