With hands clasped, they moved toward the ferris wheel. However, the line to ride the ferris wheel was simply too lengthy, and it was currently completely full. Daisy responded with a childlike smile and "Yeah, why not" when Edward suggested that she eat something. Daisy was used to Edward's smiles by this point, but when she grabbed his free hand firmly and dragged him along, the smile quickly turned into a frown. Daisy chirped happily, "Let's go get you to the best and my favourite ice-cream store of this carnival."
They both arrived at the stand as Edward again gazed in admiration at her. "Salute, Uncle Max What's up?" Daisy chirpily questioned the owner of the stall who appears to be the happiest when he sees his regular client.
"Oh Daisy, I am wonderful, my child. How are you doing?"
"I think I'm excellent too,"
"So, cookies and cream with additional nutella sauce?"
Daisy said, looking back at Edward, possibly remembering their earlier meeting. Edward, who seemed to share her opinion, grinned at her.
"Edward, what would you want to eat?"
"Ah, did you bring a friend with you? I've never seen you with someone else before. Good to meet you, young man; ".
"Same here uncle, feeling blessed" then he eyed Daisy who was occupied in giving him a 'you are such a gentleman' look.
"I want some chocolate ice cream with nutella drizzle," you say.
The man exclaimed happily, "Oh, fine, ok noted."
"So Daisy, my kid, how are things doing at home and how are things going with your studies?"
"Everything is wonderful; tell me about yours, please."
Uncle Max remarked, "Yours is great, too. Tell me about yourself, young man," to which Edward replied.
"Edward Leo is my name. Daisy's classmate, I have a younger sister and brother, a mother who stays at home, and a father who owns a textile business."
"Oh my God, great great, God bless you all, and here are your treats for you, too."
"Thanks, Uncle Max. Please give my regards to Aunt Stella."
After saying goodbye himself, Edward joined the other two as they sat on a bench to have ice cream. Edward was enjoying his view of "Daisy" while Daisy was taking in the passing crowd.
After they had finished their goodies, Edward recommended Daisy give him the teddy bear so he could take it to the parking lot and put it in his car. Edward headed to the parking lot as Daisy sat on the bench. After Edward left, a dog approached and began to bark. Due to her fear of dogs, Daisy slowly rose up and took off running. When Edward returned as the sun was setting, Daisy wasn't there. He then noticed Daisy's wallet had fallen onto the ground next to a bench.
He grabbed it swiftly and flinched. Daisy, on the other hand, was sobbing and standing next to a bridge, unsure of what to do. Her cellphone was in her wallet, which was gone. Daisy was being sought after all over when Edward received a call from an unknown number. He attended the call because of his excessive panic.
Daisy said, "Edward, this is me." Edward paced his heartbeat. He asked gasping, "Where are you Daisy?" Daisy sobbed, "I'm close to the bridge, I misplaced my wallet, and this mam has loaned me a phone to call you." The sound of Daisy's mournful voice broke Edward's heart. "Daisy, wait there while I get here." Daisy said while sniffling. Come on, Edward, quickly.
When Edward arrived there after ten minutes, Daisy was sitting on the edge of the bridge, embracing her knees. When Daisy saw him, she immediately stood and approached him. Daisy uttered "Edward" in a whisper, but the next thing she knew, Edward was hugging her, and what he said caused her to question her hearing.
"I got you love, I got you".
