New beginning's

Elliane T.P.O.V.

As Liam hand runs to the back of Elliane head she tilts her head with there lips just inches apart, suddenly a scream makes them jump. Elliane's eyes widen and Liam sighs and he says "you know this happens to many times I'm sure this can wait one second." Elliane smiles and she responds "I agree." Liam leans towards Elliane when a woman screams again but right after you hear "Nile!" Elliane's eyes widen as she says "Nile?" Elliane grabs her branch as she stood she said "I have to go check Liam, I'm sorry." Elliane stumbles down the dirt path as she uses the branch.

Liam runs up as he says "I think it's coming from the marketplace!" Elliane smiles and they both continue to the marketplace.

They enter the marketplace to find people before Niles shop. Yet some were staying away from the vine which left a clear view of what exactly was happening infront of Niles shop.

As Elliane's eyes set on the horror before her, her eyes widen as she instantly froze. There in front of Nile's shop, stood Nile before him was a man in cased in vines. The vines were black, over pouring out his mouth and wrapping around his whole body. As two guards stand on each side of him the one on the mans right grabs his arms, suddenly vines shot all on the man, quickly wrapping over him. Nile's eyes widen as the second guard lightly touched the mans arm. Nile instantly turns pulling a sword from a nearby guards waist, when vines shot out at the second guard. The guard gasps as he instantly pulled his arm back yet Nile turns as he swings the sword back cutting the vines but it went into the first mans arm. As the guard fell back vines wrap around the sword. Nile grunts as he pulls the sword back. Elliane's eyes widen as she scream "Nile let it go!" As everyone turns looking to Elliane she slightly steps back. Nile let's the sword go and he says "hold on now we know Elliane didn't mean this." Inakta suddenly steps forward out the crowd as he says "Nile." Nile's eyes widen and he says "I'm serious I tested the vine on so many things including myself and other people here." Inakta looks at Elliane and she steps back when Liam stood infront of Elliane as he adds "this has to be a mistake then, especially if it saves so many people!" As people whisper among themselves Inakta says "that may be right but I have to think for my people we just lost two in a matter of seconds." Elliane pushes Liam out the way as she says "there's no way my vine is nothing but healing this has to be a virus." Nile steps forward as he says "yes it has to be." Inakta looks down before saying "I need proof of that Nile." Elliane's eyes widen as she looks around to only find people glaring and whispering. Inakta asks "did this man say anything before it happened?" Nile sighs as he looks down he pushes his hair back with his right hand. Nile glances to Elliane as he says "he said he ate a flower off the vine and he didn't feel well then uh-" Nile paused as he clears his throat he continues to say "vines started to pour out his mouth." As people gasp they all look to Elliane who's eyes were wide open as she says "it can't be there has,-" when a girl screams. Elliane quickly spins around as Liam turns to see a group of small girls helping Lay. As Lay stumbles forward Liam caught her as he kneels down and says "what's the matter?"

Lay sobs as she looks up she says "they were making fun of Elliane and I told them I trust Elliane, because I do!" When a small girl snaps "she ate a flower off the vine to prove it!" Lay looks down as she said "I don't feel good." Elliane's eyes widen as she softly said "no Lay." Nile walks up as he says "Elliane." Elliane's eyes widen as she screams "no!" Elliane drops the branch as she dashes foward reaching for Lay. When Harlyn darts infront of Liam and Lay as she says "stay away from my daughter!" Elliane says "Harlyn?" Harlyn says "you have done enough, I knew we were better off fearing you." Elliane's eyes widen and Nile says "Harlyn Elliane could stop it." Harlyn snaps "like how she could have saved us but instead started a virus!" Liam suddenly stood as he puts his hand on Harlyn's shoulder. Liam was looking down but he steps infront of Harlyn as he looks up showing his face was filled with disgust. Elliane's eyes widen and Liam says "you heard her get away from us! Haven't you done enough." Elliane clenched her fist as Nile says "please trust Elliane I know-" Liam interuped Nile by say "no disrespect Nile but we don't want her help."

Elliane suddenly screamed "enough!" Instantly vines shot up out the ground as it pushed Harlyn and Liam to the right side. Harlyn gasps as Elliane darts forward and she grabs Lay's chin. Lay's eyes widen as Elliane's eyes filled with a light blue. Elliane squeezes Lay's chin making her mouth open as she flicks Lay's stomach. When suddenly a dark purple flower crawls out as it lands in Elliane's hand. Elliane let's Lay go instantly, then she looks to the flower in her hand. Elliane's eyes fill with a dark blue as she shuts her hand.

When Harlyn jumps on Elliane making her fall back. Harlyn raised her arms and she makes a fist as she screams "why did you even stay here? Just leave, you're nothing,- you're nothing but a monster!" Elliane's eyes widen as she screams "I was the only one who went after the man taking Lay. The only one! I'm glad I'm different because this is better than being anything like you! Like any of you!" Elliane drops laying back fully as Harlyn freezes, suddenly Liam grabs Harlyn by her arm and he pulls her off Elliane. Nile kneels by Elliane as he says "Elliane are you okay?" Elliane sits up as she nods. Nile looks up as he says "you did it Elliane." Elliane's eyes widen as she looks foward to see Lay just her bubbly self. Elliane lightly smiles when a man yelled "down with the vine!" Elliane gasps as she starts to stand. Nile helps Elliane up as more people shout "down with the vine!" Elliane turns as everyone was looking to Inakta. Inakta was looking down and Elliane let's out a breath. Inakta says "I'm sorry Elliane." Inakta nods, suddenly a man steps forward as he pulls a axe off his back. Elliane's eyes widen as she dashes foward as she says "wait-" when Nile grabs Elliane's waist as he says "Elliane!" Elliane gasps as she says "no please!" The man swings the axe hitting the base of the vine. Elliane screams "no!" As she reaches foward. Nile hold onto Elliane tightly as he looks down. The man raised the axe again and Elliane pushes at Nile's hand as she says "please stop!" The man swings the axe and Elliane screams instantly a vine shot out the main vine. The vine wrapped around the mans neck as he chokes he drops his axe and fell to his knees. Nile's eyes widen as his grib softens. Elliane instantly dashes foward as she slides to the man she grabs the axe as she puts it above her. The mans eyes were wide open as he choked, gripping onto the vine tightening around his neck. When the axe goes down cutting the small vine as the man instantly falls back. The man gasps for air as he pulls the vine off his neck he crawls back. Elliane's eyes widen and she drops the axe as she says "I'm sorry please." Elliane softly puts her hand out as people instantly step back, she looks around to see everyone looked terrified. Elliane looks down as Nile walks to Elliane he kneels and places his hand on her shoulder. Nile softly says "the vine has to go Elliane." Elliane's eyes widen as she looks up with tears in her eyes she says "what? But,-" Elliane stops talking as she looks to the vine. Elliane softly says "fine, I'll do it then." Nile looks down as he stood he steps back. Elliane puts her hand on the vine as tears stream down her face. Elliane let's out a breath as she turns and sit on her knees as she looks down. Elliane suddenly shoved her hands into the ground instantly her eyes shot light blue as the flowers on the vine shine brightly Niles eyes widen. When Elliane's eyes go fully dark blue as her hair raised slightly. There was a blow back making Nile stumbles back as he puts his hands up. Nile looks up to see Elliane looking down. Elliane suddenly looks up, she screams as the ends of her hair turn a dark blue. Nile looks down to the ground to see some grass losing color. Nile looks to Elliane as he shouts "Elliane!" As Elliane's eyes fall fully black the vine turns completely black and it fades leaving a black mist in the air. Nile gasps as a blow starts to push him back. Nile looks to Elliane to see the grass below her turning black. Nile pushes through the black mist as he shouts "Elliane!" Nile's hair wipes in the wind as he slides back slightly. Nile grunts and dashes foward as he crashed into Elliane. Instantly the wind stops as the black mist stood still. As Nile look up he fans the air in front of him when there was another blow back making everyone fall, the black mist covers the marketplace. As the black mist fades everyone starts to get up as Inakta stood he yells "Nile?" Nile suddenly sat up as he looks around he screams "Elliane!" Nile waves his arms as he looks around to only see towns people getting up. Nile stood as he shouts "Elliane!" Nile starts running to the middle of the marketplace but stops when he sees Elliane's flat. Nile's eyes widen and he turns to see Elliane on the ground. Nile runs to Elliane as he stops his eyes widen. As the mist clears off Elliane to show her unconscious and the last of her blonde hair was black with a little light blue in the middle and the ends were a dark blue. Nile kneels as he slowly reaches out touching Elliane as he says "Elliane!" Nile's eyes widen as Elliane was unmoving Nile starts to pick up Elliane. Elliane's eyes suddenly widen showing them fully black. Nile's eyes widen and they fully shut as he instantly hugs Elliane.

Elliane F.P.O.V.

I can hear screaming but more clearly I hear Inakta yelling "Nile let her go! You idiot!" I gasp and my eyes widen to see Nile hugging me but I was covered in vines with sharp thorns. Nile let's out a breath as he says "it's okay Elliane, I got you." Nile hugs me tighter I gasp as I say "Nile!" The vines instantly turn black as they wilt and fade into a black mist. Nile sighs as he hugs me tighter I ask "why did you hug me?" As small dots of blood start to come through Nile's white shirt. Nile responds "I will always hug you Elliane you're my daughter." As tears collect at my eyes I say "look at you, you're all hurt." Nile pushes me into his chest as he adds "I don't care." I sniff as I hug Nile. Inakta asks "Nile?" Nile softly lets me go as he turns. Nile responds "yes?" Inakta says "we need to speak." Nile asks "about?" Inakta's eyes widen as he states "you're all bloody Nile." Nile laughs as she says "let's chat in my shop." As I turn to see people backing away and even Harlyn taking Lay inside. As my eyes meet with Liam I smile. Liam's eyes widen and he looks down as he turns. My eyes widen as I think "Liam?" I look down as I think "everyone is scared of me." I clenched my fist as Nile put his hand out for me. I grab Niles hand as he helps me up. We turn walking to Nile's shop. We walk into Nile's shop followed by Inakta. I lean on the Nile's work table and he sits in his chair as I was moving a jar of purple rain water out of the way. Nile has thrown down his shirt. The jar in my hands has rag in it when Nile grabs the rag my eyes widen and Nile starts to apply the rain water across right arm. Inakta asks "isn't that-" Nile puts the rag on his chest as he says "I know exactly what this is and it works." As the small cuts close Inakta states "very confident, huh Nile?" Nile adds "I have faith in my daughter now, what do you want to speak of." Inakta clears his throat as he looks to me. My eyes widen and Nile asks "if you want to say it then say it, this is about Elliane right?" Inakta sighs and says "fine." As Nile kept applying the purple rain water Inakta leans against the patient table and he says "I don't think Elliane should have a shop in the marketplace after all." I look down and Nile says "alright I can understand as to why,-" Inakta interuped Nile by saying "or selling stuff by the well." Nile asks "why is that?" Inakta says "just until Elliane can understand her powers we don't want this to happen again." I clenched my fist and Nile says "you mean to think that flowers will hurt someone." Inakta says "you saw what happened Nile." Nile says "alright," as he turns he grabs a jar filled with the vine flowers. Nile grabs a flower and throws it at Inakta. The flower taps Inakta's chest before falling straight down to the ground. Inakta asks "was that necessary?" Nile states "well I thought flowers could hurt someone." Inakta says "you know exactly what I mean." I couldn't help but giggle as Inakta glares as me I look to Nile. Nile smiles and says "fine." Nile grabs a flower as he raised it to his mouth. My eyes widen as I dash foward I grab Niles arm just stopping the flower from touching his lips. Nile's eyes widen as looks to me he asks "what are you doing?" I ask "what are you doing Nile?" Nile responds "proving I believe in you!" Inakta states "killing yourself isn't worth that Nile." My eyes widen and Niles eyes shot to Inakta as he says "watch it Inakta, I know what these flowers do, I spend all my time learning things about it I filled up a whole book." Inakta sighs as he says "if there so magical then give them to the men outside, oh wait no, you can't." Inakta smirks as he turns. Nile clenched his fist and Inakta says "oh I do think miss Elliane should move back to her cottage." Nile steps forward as he says "excuse me?"

Inakta says "I'm just saying Nile I can't fund you if more than half of the towns people want a new doctor. I'll have no choice but to replace you."

Inakta steps out as the curtain closed I look down as my arms drop.

Nile sighs as he sets the jar on the table.

I say "it's okay Nile I'll just-"

I'm interuped by Nile grabbing my shoulders as he says "no!" My eyes widen as I say "I can't do this to you, you always wanted to be a doctor I just learned that about you!" Nile says "I don't care about that, you're my daughter they must accept that." I say "they never will." Nile says "then I have no future here." My eyes widen as I say "no I won't let you!" Nile says "you can't stop me Elliane this is my choice I meant what I said." As tears collect at my eyes Nile sighs as he places his hand on my head. Nile says "I see you're standing on you're leg did it heal fully?" I sniff as I say "no it's still broken."

Nile's eyes widen as he says "why are you walking on it?" Nile grabs the jar of flowers and I placed my hand on Nile's right hand as I say "Nile we can't use any of these flowers." Nile asks "why not?" I respond "it came from the vine." Nile pushes my chin up slightly as he questions "don't tell me my hopeful girl is hopeless?" I state "that doesn't matter Nile we can't use it." I move my hand as I look down to my hands I say "my power is dangerous, I'm just a monster." Nile says "hey you are not a monster Elliane." I look up to Nile and say "please Nile we can never use them." Nile's face scrunched up as he looks away from me. I say "Nile please, promise me." As Nile glares at me he sighs and he says "fine, but I'm wrapping you're leg." I slowly sit on the table as Nile grabs gauze I look down to my hands. Nile kneels before me as he wraps my leg. I slightly wince and Nile says "walking on it didn't help Elliane." I say "I had to Lay and the man was choking," as I clenched my fist I sigh. Nile says "you did act very fast Elliane I'm so proud of you for that." Nile looks to me as I feel his eyes I lighten my grib. Nile asks "you don't really see yourself as a monster right Elliane?" I state "that's what everyone sees me as." Nile says "I thought we agreed we don't care about what people think." I say "you don't get it everyone is scared of me. Is that not what a monster is?" Nile sighs and says" people fear the unknown or something they can't control." Nile smiles and adds "As a child it was hard with you, you're power didn't like having a parent but I can say this, you are you're own person that's what there scared of. They think I gave you to much freedom but I think you grew up wonderfully and I can't wait to see what you do with you're power." My eyes widen as I tear up Nile stood straight as he says "now I'll take you home just let me find a shirt." I nod as Nile walks into his house.

I think "Nile. You have always believed in me. Been there for me. Done everything for me even if it hurts you." I clenched my fist as I push myself off the table landing on my right foot. I sigh as I turn I think "I have to do this for you! I won't let you lose you're shop Nile!" I look down to my wrapped leg and I sigh, I look to my hands and instantly shake my head. I look around to see a branch in the corner. As I reach for it my face gets close to a mirror hanging by the door. My eyes widen to see my brown eyes had a bit of blue in the middle. As I gasp my hair pours foward showing it black with the ends dark blue. My eyes widen as I stand straight I pull my hair foward as I question "what the?" When I hear steps I gasp as I quickly leave using the branch.

The marketplace was mostly empty, I sigh as I quickly walk pass the men in-cased in vines. As I exit the marketplace I sigh as I pass the well I think "who needs flowers anyways." I walk down the dirt path and I look to my cottage, I sigh as I quickly look away. As I come up to my rock path I stop as I look to the forest. I look down to my leg as I groan I walk down my rock path and I think "I just want to sleep." As I get to my door I grab the handle as I pull it towards me. I step in and sigh as the door shuts behind me. I look down to my feet as I think "aw I lost my left flat." When Anazar says "Elliane?" My eyes widen as I look up to see Anazar walking out my restroom door. I say "what are you doing here Anazar?" Anazar's eyes widen as he slightly blushes he says "Elliane you look so,-" I interuped Anazar by saying "different, now please go." Anazar walks towards me and I step back as I open the door I push myself into the door frame. Anazar says "I was going to say, you look beautiful." My eyes widen as I feel my face burn I look down as I say "just go Anazar I'm not in the mood for this." Anazar says "that's why I'm here, what do you need? I can get you anything or make?" I say "I need you to leave, I don't even understand why you were in here to begin with." Anazar's eyes widen and he says "I was in the marketplace Elliane I just thought you needed a friend right now." My eyes widen and Anazar steps out the door as he passes infront of me I say "wait Anazar I,-" Anazar turns facing me as his eyes give me a feeling, I look down as I continue to say "I just need to be alone." Anazar suddenly pushed my chin up as he said "I'll be here tomorrow morning." My eyes widen and Anazar lightly kissed my forehead before walking out the door. I quickly shut the door and lock it as I lean against it I let out a breath.

I think "Anazar is something else, recently he has been different mostly leaving me confused."

I groan as I walk to my bed I drop onto it I let out a breath. As the branch falls on the floor and slightly rolls. I raise my hands up as I think "what have I done? Can I undo this?" As tears collect at my eyes I turn as I bury my face in my pillow.

As I can only hear one thing "what have I done?"

My eyes widen as I push myself up I think "what time is it?" I stretch as I yawn. I look down to the branch and slowly reach for it. As my fingers lightly touch it I tap it to me and it rolls, I instantly grab it once closer. Using the branch I stood and walk to the door. I unlock the door and push it open to see the sun rising? My eyes widen as I think "I slept the rest of the day and all night?" As I step out the door I gasp as I say "Nile." I think "I should check on him."

As I walk down the stone suddenly I hear "Elliane!" My eyes widen as I look up to see the guard Harklin. Harklin says "good morning Elliane." I say "good morning?" Harklin looks around as he looks quite nervous. I ask "is something wrong?" Harklin says "I was told you're needed at the main hall." I say "well I have to stop at the market." Harklin says "I'm sorry but you must go there now." I sigh and say "alright." As Harklin turns I follow down the dirt path. As I follow a few steps behind Harklin I noticed the people around where whispering as I look ahead I noticed a lot of people were just at the exit of the marketplace.

I sigh as I look down. Just before we get to the stone bridge Harklin turns right. As Harklin stops he asks "do you uh,-" I look before us to see the main hall had stairs. I say "I got it." Harklin says "right," as he quickly runs up the steps. I follow going one step at a time using the railing and my branch. Finally I step into the main hall to see a hall with a large table and chairs around it. Harklin walks to the right and I quickly follow. Harklin stops by a door as he says "in here." I say "alright."

I slowly open the door to find a office. The floor was carpet and the walls were all a bookshelf filled with books. In the middle was a massive desk with a small lantern, behind the desk was a massive red chair facing away from me. Infront of the desk was two chairs. I slowly step towards the chair lightly placing my fingers on it as the door shuts behind me. When the red chair spins around to show Inakta. My eyes widen and Inakta smirks and he says "Hello Elliane." I gasp as I step back slightly.
