Today Kendrick wake up very fast, it can be said that he did not completely sleep yesterday.

He push open the door and he went out of his home.

"Young lord, where are you going this early morning?"

"Hahaha, Old Alfred, I will just get my contracted beast from the city lord"

Alfred is the name of the Lamar house Butler, but Kendrick called him Old Alfred.

They walk and walk, when Kendrick saw the city lord's manor, he suddenly run towards it.

"Hello little Kendrick"

One man is sitting alone said to Kendrick.

"Sir Gregory!"

Kendrick is surprised that this knight is here, he is quiet familiar with Sir Gregory, Kendrick did a military salute.

"What happen that you are here early in the morning? I don't think your friend Eric is awake"

"Big brother, I thought that you are asleep and I even went to meet you. But you ignored me and continue sleeping that's why I have been taking a walk in the manor"

Kendrick is confused at where is Alfred that the City Lord called him but Alfred silently appeared behind him.

Kendrick saw many beast from very fierce beast to very cute beast all freely moving.

"I thought it will be best if I bring you to where they all lived, you have come early so I did not brought out any beast from this world to our world but their are those caught by the soldiers and me, If you want I can take you there"

The city Lord smiled as he saw Kendrick moving through the place and he is trying to approach a beast.

While Kendrick is a bit far away from the city lord and the others...

"He still refused to learn something new, right?"

The city Lord asked Alfred.

"Yes, he refused, he said he saw infinite potentials in beast taming"

"I remember the time I gave him a chicken because he loves animal, I saw him cried when his rooster died" Sir Gregory added.

"Hahaha, little Kendrick really loves animals"

The city lord's eyes shows some sadness but it quickly vanished.

Kendrick cut his complain short as he saw a little fox with light brown fur and a fluffy tail.

Kendrick took one step and stop to see if the little fox will run away but that did not happen, he took another step but the little fox is still standing in one place and curiously watching Kendrick's movement, he is finding amusing and quiet funny.

"Hey, let's talk. I am Kendrick and I want to be friends with you, will you want to be my friend?"

The fox nodded his head and come towards Kendrick.

'So we are destined to meet'

Kendrick run back to the group with the fox.

"Hmmm, so that is the guy you met. He is quiet slippery you know, we try catching it a few times but he always slipped away"

Sir Gregory said and the City Lord nodded his head.

The City Lord transport them out and gave Kendrick a Black crystal, he help Kendrick link with the crystal.

"This is your summoner ball, you can keep your beasts inside and summoned them whenever you want"

The City Lord smiled and he asked. "I am still curious about you got the slippery guy?"

"We are destined to meet, he came by himself when every beast shows no interest in me. You know, their is this quote..."

Kendrick think for a bit.

"Aha, I remember it. What is yours can never leave you for someone even if you are not searching or looking for it"

The city lord smiled at Kendrick's words.

"Their is rumours that the beast in your hand could evolved into a stronger light elemental beast, train it well"

"Don't worry, I am the best city Lord to have ever existed"

With that, Kendrick and Alfred return home.

In Kendrick's room...

"Aha, this room is your- no, our new house I will make sure that your little cozy house for your size is made. Their will also be training equipment for your training"

Kendrick excitedly said.

"Aha little wolf, your name is now Anu and you little fox, your name is Seha"

Kendrick announced their names.

"Let's try something, get ready"

Kendrick used his black crystal and sucked them in.

He then summoned them out again.
