Who is Malcolm Blade?

At Ariz City Police Department,

Detective Jones and Dale parked the car and walked inside only to be greeted with the states of every officer and worker inside. They had all seen the news and had been waiting for them to return. Everything was so shocking that they wanted to hear it again from those who were present there, especially the detective who had been on the case for so long.

They had been hearing of the happenings concerning the case but never believed any of it. They thought they all made up stories to serve as excuses but today, everything changed when they witnessed the appearance of the Reaper in broad daylight though he made it darker than midnight, it was still day.
