114. I Don't Like To Share Either

Hazel didn't know here she got the confidence to raise her voice at him or to even dare to swat away his hand but when he spoke of making the prophecy, her nightmares a reality, she couldn't control herself anymore. All she wanted was to stop him. Any means necessary.

Her hardened gaze and sharp tone had him taken aback. He looked at, surprise etched on his face, but soon, he smiled. His eyes sparkled as if delighted to hear talk to him the way she did.

"What's so funny?" Hazel asked, puzzled by the expression on face. She was serious, but he wasn't taking her seriously.

"I am sorry," he uttered as his expression shifted once again, taking a remorseful look. "You are right. I should put you into consideration. But I can not accept that you will choose him over me."

Hazel trembled as her anger grew. Was he even listening to what she was saying?
