There's a reason why they hunt in packs

The 4th generation was currently numbering 26, but that was once again about to change as more Jackrixis decided to change biomes and explore others.

As for the wolves from the original 19, they went down to 13, and they could see it, so they now hunted

in groups of 6.While the leader would follow one of them for each hunt they went on.

It seems so far the Jackrixis were doing quite well with only 1 death to the 6 wolves kill, but that was from the experienced hunters of the desert.

The Jackrixis, who had never been to the desert, would soon regret trying to conquer the ever-changing lands of the desert.

A few rixis from the plains biome came over to explore and learn more so they could in the future raise better hunters.

There was 1 pair that were mates while another 4 individuals, Jackrixis, was alone going through the desert and seeing another side of the world.

The problem with them wondering into a new area

are you didn't know the territory of the wildlife that roamed the land.

Three of the individual rixis went straight into wolf territory, and they didn't last long, having been ripped to shreds by packs of 6 wolves.

The last lone Jackrixis wondered for a while, and it was getting dark, but he didn't mind as it gave him the chance to look at the pretty things up above.

He had no idea what they were and why he couldn't see them during the day, but the one thing he did know was that he loved staring at them in awe.

Sadly, this was also his downfall as he wasn't paying as much attention to his surroundings, and after there was only silence in his surroundings.

He realized he wasn't alone, but before he could react, he was attacked, being ripped apart as he laid on his back, not even getting the chance to fight back.

The last thing he saw however as his eyes started getting heavy, and his heart slowed was the fact that one of the things was moving fast and for whatever reason, this put a smile on his face.

The wolves, after finishing the prey, eat some of it and then left to go back to the pack, but as they did, they were ambushed.

The pair of Jackrixis came from the plains as well and had also seen what happened to another of their kind.

Even though the odds were against them, they still fought but, in the end, lost only managing to kill two of the six in the group.

This event brought both populations down with the 4th generation now having 20 and the wolves having 11 in the pack now, both sides taking casualties.

Whilst this was happening, Jack watched in horror seeing 6 of his creations die at the wolf's hands and could only hope a couple more wolves died and then would give up.

He also put his hope in the two female Jackrixis who now devoted themselves to following the wolves. So far, I haven't attacked because of the number of advantages the wolves had.

Still, they waited patiently for the right time to strike but in the meantime stayed put this also made Jack and the two females realised they didn't have long left.

Most of the second generation was over 18 now and was starting families or going out in a big bang like hunting something they knew they couldn't beat.

This was most likely what the trophy hunter would do if it came to it and would try to take as many wolves with her.

Another wolf attack happened this time, however, on a Jackrixis family whose children were 7, so the parents must have found each other quite quickly.

There were 5 of them with 3 kids and their parent, and as they were walking in the desert to train their young, they were ambushed.

6 wolves surrounded them, but the family made sure to stay together with the parents standing in front of the children.

The fight started with one wolf trying to bite the leg of the children, but the parents fought them off. However, the fighting was starting to take its toll.

Luckily for the family, this was the opposite the hunters were waiting for, and quickly ran to them to join the fight.

By the end of the battle, the parents of the kids didn't make it, but the children were alive, and since they were still young, they went under the trophy hunter's wing.

However, when one of the children tried to take one

of her prices, she made sure to scare them enough

to know they needed to earn them.

By killing the wolves themselves, they could claim something from it as a price worthy to show off to others.

Once again, the population went down to 19 for the 4th generation, and the wolves were now 5 with only the leader and its closest alive.

The trophy hunter now had a group of 4 following her, and she would use them to finish off the wolves and make sure they never touch the desert again.

This was a strange time as the 5th generation was being made or growing up while the 4th was becoming elders and coming towards the end.

"Hey System, you know how we're like 30 years into the 250 for the 10 generations. Is this gonna still work since went you need more than that"-Jack

[]No, the time dilation will make sure to correct any misshaps[]

"You are truly merciful"-Jack

"Well, the 5th generations are coming now, so Iin a hard way there, but I wonder how the others are doing and if they have survived"-Jack

"System, will you tell me if others lose or well die or will it be a mystery?"-Jack

[]Yes, you will be informed. However, I can not say more as there is a part of the game linked to it[]

"Oooo some new knowledge to ponder over in my empty space of complete emptiness"-Jack
