Robotic Vampires 23/24

Ray leads the largest number after being kicked out of the team. He faces lots of criticism from his plenty fellowers but later found one Daniel to flow with as his side man, "hey Ray why aren't you with your crew,"

"Aren't you happy I'm leading you to the promised land?" Ray pretended not to be interested for a while, "or should I move past you," Ray asked Daniel

"I didn't take you as someone who gets angry easily," Daniel a northern American early twenties with dreadlocks and tattooed shin tells Ray

"What do you take me as?"

"Hmm, let's say a…" he reasons before saying the last sentence but gets cuffed by the tremendous amount of robotic vampires heading west. A view from the other parted section leading to the staircase - which runs through the whole heaven -

"Have you seen that," Daniel immediately calls Ray's attention to the awesome view from behind the glass wall dividing them, "everyone go down," Ray said in a faint voice. Within seconds everyone one of his followers had crashed on the floor, some climbing the backs of others to take refuge, "woo, it turns out the robots are too many, like too many," Daniel whispers to squatting Ray,

"Shut up, a little bit of noise from you would make all of the loose focus,"

"How do you know this?"

"I'm CIA we know things, that's our job,"

"Ahh, ok, I think I'll be able to process that,"

"You don't need to,"

Smith was still focused on his rifle making even the smallest hole on the bullet proof car, "hit it," he yells at Mike,

"Alright," Mike raised his iron above his head and landed just at the spot targeted, "still no response Smith,"

"We keep trying,"

"We are going to run out armor,"

"This is the only way,"

"Noo, it's isn't," the red lady says,

"You guys must be joking," Smith says, "get out of my way,"

"Can't you see. It isn't going to break no matter his hard you try,"

"Tell me what other way is scrambling on your brains hmm, tell me," Smith dropped his rifle and went head to head to Mike, "you're no military. What do you think you know about anything that's going on,"

"I know…" Mike says in low tone,

"You know nothing,"

"Hey guys they've started breaking through and you know what happens next," One of Norman's investor friends says, "I don't like the way we are fighting, this won't take us anywhere,"

"Yes it won't," the red lady says, "you should probably hear what he has to say first before interrupting,"

Smith pace the room then says, "Alright, talk then, make it brief,"

Mike walked to the walls of the room facing the door, "You know this door break and the other opposite breaks also we can cross without having go through all this suffering,"

"Speak English,"

"There's a reason why you have your ears man," Mike says angrily, "this wall breaks and the one on the other room breaks we can cross from outside,"

"What have we been doing all this while hmm? Turn out someone hasn't been watching,"

"Who said anything about us breaking the wall?" Mike says, "the U.S has more than enough rockets to spare and you know it, the two walls are facing they outside world and that's our advantage,"

"That's an interesting idea…" Smith shakes his head, "I admire the way he thinks," Smith tells the red lady,

"Aye let's do it,"

"Do what?" Smith says, "haven't you seen this old lady's standing here,"

"Who told you they can take on such an intimidating cross,"

"Let every man speak for themselves," Mike turned into the two Norman friend available, "can you embark on the cross,"

"Yes, I have a family to visit I'll do anything one says,

"It's scary if you ask me, but I don't want to be a be a weight for the team,"

Mike hears such impressive answers the turn back to look at Smith "I'll ask you again, are you in or out,"

"Majority cares the vote," Smith says, "hand me my radio, I'll make the call myself,"

The red lady picked the radio from one of the condemned and handed it over to Smith. He [Smith] taps the side of the radio and connects with the command center Immediately.

Kayden, Jim and Stanley had finally found a place to hide in a little store opposite of the hallway. In a low tone Jim starts the conversation, "do you think they are still following us," he asked,

"I don't know, I saw them go the other way," Stanley answers

"I'm still feeling pains, a little though but it's affecting my abdomen," Kayden reached out and touched her lower abdomen,

"Hey babe I don't know what to do?" Jim said,

"Hey, ma'am, you'll be alright I know it," Stanley says

"I better be," Kayden answered

E and Ria was first to go in to technology together, terrified though but didn't have a choice, they had to lay down their lives for a better tomorrow, "the number of robots E saw over ten thousand matching out of the land of robots to God knows where, "sir they're here," the gatekeeper robots transmitted the message to Norman immediately they were given access. Their hands were being strangled with rubber bands behind their back, "you guys never stop trying," Norman turns away from his robosy and says, "look around you everyone has run easy for refuge and hope when there's none," he snaps his lips, "I don't like people tempting me after I showed them uncountable showers of blessing,"

"I know but we are here for peace," E says already seated on the floor alongside Ria,

"Peace…?" Norman micmicked, "you want peace, call off your men and tell the to get back to work then we can discuss peace,"

"Why don't you do same then we can join you till eternity,"

"I don't have plans for you again," Norman says, "as you can see, I have plans for the whole world which will be executed in a minute," he giggles, "funny enough I don't need my son to activate whatever I want to so I can even kill him if it suits me,"

"You never change," Ria said, "let me make this straight for you just incase your too blindfolded to see it,"

"Go on,"

"The main reason why we are here is to make sure you call off your men from infecting a whole generation with such virus,"

"I know only one way of doing that. And it's for me to say the word and all robots would heed to my voice,"

E cut in mid-sentence "yeah, you're correct and that's what you're going to say,"

"Mm, that's quite an objective, you want me to do what again after all the suffering and sleepless nights behind my computer,"

"Who paid you to do all these things hmm?"

"Ask you President," he said, "she made me who I am today,"

"Woo, that's not good, but I find it hard to believe," E said, "safe heaven is fourteen years so I heard and Madam President was sworn in eight years ago if she really is the one who started this how did that happen when the ages don't rime,"

"You're a smart man Mr. E, I'll give you that, but some answers aren't meant for everyone,"

"Then you're lying,"

"Are you accusing me or something," Norman gets up and walks up to E, "are you saying that in addition to what you've done, the chaos and everything are you saying I'm a liar," Norman says standing over his face

"You tell me," E said,

"A little hint just incase you think you're getting out of here alive" Norman says, "I'll make it my business to ruin your life till death do us path,"

"Why didn't I kill you when I had the chance? It would have made things much better," Ria said

"You see you're already on the edge of falling," Norman walks back and sit on his stool, "just tell me what I will do for your u when you're gone and I'll do well to make it happen,"

Just a second later after Norman has gone to his seat and the two scapegoats he called them were still tied down on the floor. Sam walks in with a gas iron bucket and two masks. Before all the toys inside technology could have their take and try stopping Sam he has already released the gas and they all went to sleep moments after. Ria and E where dozing but latter gained strength when the were untied and given a mask to cover their mouth and nose, "hey guys, sorry I'm late," Sam says,

"No need for the all that where's Norman," Ria said,

"He has run out," E said, "I saw him struggle out,"

"Let's get out of here now," Sam says, "over ten thousand robots are matching to technology,"

"Holy moly, what do we do?" Ria said,

"We run," E says, "and you are?" E turned around and looked at Sam,

"Ohh, he's Murphy's friend, closet friend,"

"I think there's no time for introduction," Sam said as they all walked out and knocked on the storage. Mrs. Peters and Jnr ran out, "I heard him he took ye elevator," Mrs. Peters said

"Ahh, we got to run, we really need to convince that bitch," Ria ran and pressed the button of the elevator, "which way did he take,"

"I don't know but try the fourth heaven he should be heading to his apartment,"

"Alright then" she clipped the fourth heaven button and the elevator dropped like crazy..fast, fast, fast, it landed in fourth heaven they all walked out and went straight to the apartment, "have you guys found out how to stop the robot, yet," Mrs. Peters said, "I mean we all know that going here is total waste of time no matter how hard you go on him he won't say a word,"

"About that, ermm, I think I've found a way," Sam said slowly,

"My guts kept telling me," Ria said, "why else would you have come back,"

"So…the search for Norman has stopped,"

"No…we still need him, he has the only thing that can stop the robots,"

"Aye," E said, "I think I've heard something in your apartment"

"It's him c'mon," Ria said,

They all ran into the apartment forcefully and met him trying to sneak in Quicitine inside his body, "someone is trying to get his usual dosage," Ria said,

"I think that connection is going to stop right now," E went straight to him and unplugged the syringe, "get up," he pulls him up from his usual spot behind the computer to the bed, "when did this mother fucker use the bed," E asked Ria,

"Ages, if you ask me," Ria said, "at least from when I started keeping counts,"

"Woo, today is his lucky day,"

His voice still faint and shaky he says, "give my son Quicitine, or he'll die,"

"No one is giving my son that thing,"

"Mrs. Peters you really need to listen," Ria said, "Jnr needs his medic,"

"Do you call that's medic," Mrs. Peters said, "he'll be fine just get on with whatever you're doing son will be fine,"

"Seriously, I don't get why you guys are dedicated to killing me," Norman said, "I'm no good without a complete dose of Quicitine,"

"Just shut your mouth," E used his hands to close his mouth, "I hate people like you. If you refuse to be used my the US government you wouldn't have been this wretched,"

"I don't care about being wretched, the only thing I care about is revenge,"

"Yeah, you're so pathetic,"

"Two time is four months," Norman said,

"Even on your dying bed you're still giving count," Ria said, "that thing must really have impact on you,"

"Remember when you told me I should find the other half of Murphy,"

"I don't care who you pour scandal on," Ria gets vexed, "I'm not into listening,"

"I wasn't talking to you though," Norman breathes heavily, "I was just introducing you to E here who from the look of things seems to be very interested in your well-being,"

"Shut up and die if you have to," Ria yells at him

"What do you want to tell me about Ria that I don't know before," E smiled at him

"You don't know a lot," Norman said, "do you know…"

"Hey guys we are running out of time and sitting here talking to this psycho is the worst thing we should use our time to do in time like this," Sam said

"What do we do?" E said

"Help me, let's take him to the infirmary," Sam tries carrying his one hands over his shoulder,

"Don't worry man, I'll take handle it," E immediately took him with force and landed him on his shoulder hanging on both sides,

"Ria, can you help with the Quicitine bag, he'll need it,"

"Alright," Sam said, "where Mrs. Peters,"

"She's missing," Ria said, "over protective mom don't last. Jnr is most likely to run mad on the road,"

"How come you know more about robots than the rest of us,"

"I had the advantage of living with one," Ria looked steadily at E then continued their movement to the elevator.

"This is getting out of hand," Ray told Daniel watching closely the movement of the robots for over 30 minutes,"

"And the last of it," Daniel said as the last of the robots walking walked past, "everyone stood up in distress,

"Shuu, the can still hear us," E said, "no one is going to talk from now till we reach first heaven, "alright boss," they all responded,

"Good, this way" we are almost there, we will just wait her for some time let the clear from the staircase before we move, "I'm pressed," someone said,

"Use the room, beside you now that you have the chance," E advised,

The boss already had a cover area with four Hearse in case things go south. Rob was first to walk into the other end of first heaven more likely because he was the one leading the other three, "hey, Rob over here,"

Rob then turned and signaled the rest behind, "I've spot boss, c'mon," he says. Jim and Kayden and Stanley all ran into the spacious room covered and settled behind the hearse with boss and the other three of Norman friends, "we went through hell coming here," Rob tells the boss,

"You didn't get burnt, why," boss answers,

"I don't know, really, maybe I'm just too strong for situations like this,"

Stanley finally had the chance to reunite with his buddies, "I really enjoyed my boss," Stanley told the other three of his guys, "yeah, ours was a little bit straight faced and all that but let's just eight over ten,"

"Seriously, you're giving me eight over ten," boss turns around and behaves funny,

"Sorry, I made a mistake it's five not eight,"

The robots outside Smiths apartment had not moved an inch, everyone of them was in position just in case Smith or any of his team members tried doing anything funny. Smith had made the call and within seconds two rockets flying across simultaneously had already reached and initiated the blast, "fire in the hole,"Smith said and the all fixed their index finger tight in their ears and opened their mouth, "ahh the red lady shouted as pieces of the glass sliced her real bad on her stomach, "I'm hurt,"

"I got you," Mike immediately rushed and hold her trying to lift her up,

"Are you alright there lady," Smith said,

"I'm fine," she says,

"Ok, I'll cross. First then try supporting others,"

Earlier on the boss and Rob had felt the impact really hard on them, "ohh" Rob said, "where did that come from?"

"I don't know maybe," Boss dust his overalls, "that wasn't part of the plan,"

"Ahh, it came from second heaven Smith's territory," he said, "why not call and find out,"

"Ahh, alright, ok," Boss picks up his radio and trying connecting…the signal was rogue then it stopped, "it's not connecting,"

"Maybe the blast let's wait for sometime" Rob said

"Aye then," the boss siad, "is everyone alright,"

"Boss, you need to see this,"

"Woo, we have company," the boss said,

"I can't believe my eyes," Rob said,

Smith had managed to cross stepped his foot on the one part of the open area then the other, "alright, next person,"

"Are you certain you can cross," Mike asked,

"You don't really need to be tough I can carry you,"

"I'm not pet look for a pet if you want one,"

"You're my queen and I want you," Mike said,

Still discussing one of Norman friend had crossed he almost slipped but he made it, "next person,"

"You said you don't want to be burden the team c'mon," Smith shouted, ,

"Derrick, you can do this," the other Norman friend said.

Derrick made his first approach then went back and tried again after few minutes, "I don't want to die," he says hands and legs shaky,

"You won't die," the other Norman friend said.

"You all if you keep looking down,"

"Stay strong friend,"

Derrick hands became wet and his legs when more shaky than before, "I'm sorry," was his last words, when he gave it up and fell in the dusty air screaming and yelling, finally his body reached the ground and his head broke open that very moment then his eyes rolled out solid, before he greeted the world goodbye with his jerking fingers against the sand of Sahara.

Next was Mike and the red lady clinched on his back. Smith didn't want anymore dead bodies he immediately helped Mike from the other side and before long they were all complete heading to first Heaven, "thank you Smith," Mike said.

The boss and Rob were still amazed by the number of people Ray took alongside him as he walked into the other end of first heaven along with his battalion, "Ray over here," Rob said,

"Are you sure we can contain such numbers? They are really plenty," boss said

"We need a much bigger defense. Four Hearse won't be enough,"

"Hey wait here, I'm comin," Ray tells his followers as he walks closer to meet Rob and boss, "hi," he shakes Rob and waves at boss

"You came with quite a number," the boss asked

"Yeah, this is not all though some are still not convinced," Ray said

"hmm, now is their last chance anyone without faith would be a forgotten soul by the end of the day," Rob wore a hard smile

"Yeah, what about E and Ria thought the were with you all along,"

"About e'm" Rob said, "they have some issues to fix. Important E labeled,"

"Hmm, thought as much," Ray said,

the boss walked closer to Ray and aksedy, "what are you talking about? You sound like something unusual happened on your way here,"

"Something strange yes," Ray nods, "I was forced to watch a thirty minute Robotic match two hallways from here,"

"I saw them too," the boss said, "I heard ten thousand,"

"woo," Rob shouted, "we really need to get out of here,"

"we will…just waiting for Delta team to clear the balcony full of robots," boss laughed then poured out tears,

"Hey, don't do that, we are out finally," Ray hugs boss and taps his back consoling him, "I'm sorry for letting you down,"

"Ahh, group hug," Rob said looking down, "no need to be shy we all need it,"

"Is that why I wasn't invited," Smith sneaked out of the shadow with Mike and injured red lady alongside one of Norman friend,

"One person died out of…" Smith tries to explain to boss,

"You don't need to. Not everyone was meant to survive,"

"Yeah, he's right," they all stayed glued to each other after a few moments then broke the hug, gathered the hearse and formed a more spacious defense area, arranging them in a large circle.

Mrs. Peters had tried running away with Jnr but was stucked with three robots attacking her from front and telling her from behind, "I don't want any trouble," she tries running behind towards the direction with two robots then gets stuck in the middle. She holds her son tight, "son, you're gonna run,"

"Mom, I can't leave you,"

"Yes you can," she breathes heavily, "run towards the other end of first heaven you see a refugees camp,"

"Mom, I'm gonna miss you alot,"

"I know, but you have to be strong and wise,"

"Alright," his heart ran double pace but he controlled, "ahh, ahhh, ahhh," he ran through the middle of three robots and kept going until he reached the borders where the boss has built, "h-e-l-p"

Boss rushed and grabbed him while

Mrs. Peters was rushed and bitten by robots on different parts of her body. Not long she turned into raw materials and moved around looking for preys,"

Ria walked in first into the infirmary before rest followed her behind, "drop him here," Sam dragged the stretcher and kept in a suitable position.

E dropped him with force and breath heavily, "sleep tight,"

"strap him down," Sam said

E immediately took the leather belt bolted at four corners of the bed and wore Norman on his two hands and legs, "done,"

"What do you want to do?" Ria asked,

Sam took a deep breath, "the only way to stop those robots from misbehaving is to make him say the word and unfortunately Norman is not a convincing,"

"I thought you said, there was another way," E said,

"Yeah, I basically wanted to transfer the data in his brains into his son's and transfer the data in his son's brain into his, which means his son will have the ability to say the word and it comes to pass,"

"Alright, woo, let me get his son," E makes a move towards the threshold,

"Stop, E you don't have to," Ria said, "I'll do it,"

"What are you talking about? But you don't have the brains in the first place,"

"Yes I do," Ria walked closer to Easton and hugged him, "I am the second half of Murphy,"

Sam scratched his hairy head and said, "I'll leave you two to settle it for a minute. We need Norman alive so I'll go on to inject him with Quicitine,"

"Do you know about this, Sam?"

"Yeah, Murphy told me but I was told to keep it quiet,"

"Don't take it out on him,"

"I don't understand why you did it?" E held her by the shoulder, "you made a promise. When we get out I'm going be your man,"

"I did it for a friend," Ria said wearing a pale face, "he was in need and I helped,"

"In expense of our love for each other," E said

"What would you have done?" Ria looked him in the eye and be threw his face the other way, "look at me," she said

"I would have…" tears rolls slowly on the left side of his eyes, "I don't know but I could have respected the love I have for you,"

"I'm sorry, but I did because I love you,"

"Funny coming from someone who is about to die," the both stare at each other for a moment then Sam came into the moment, "we don't have time for this," he said, "Ria, it's time, if he's fully wake it won't help,"

"Wait," E said, "how much time do you need to finish up,"

Sam snapped his "after connecting both brains…thirty minutes or less,"

"Do it," E said

"Just know that she may not wake up," Ria rattled as the words kept pouring from Sam's mouth, "it's a twenty percent chance of waking up. I mean if the data collide with each other then we have a problem,"

"What causes the data to collide?" E asked,

"Shaking and wrong connection which I'll so much avoid,"

"Alright then," Ria walked towards the second strecher and lay side by side with Norman, "I'm ready,"

Thirty minutes later

Rob and the boss had switched their duty post beside the hearse with Smith and Ray,

"Boss, I thought the Delta Force team should be here by now,"

"I don't know what's causing the delay," boss snorted, "this is bullshit,"

"They've betrayed us again," Rob throws his guns on the floor, "I hate the US government,"

"We should be a little bit optimistic," the boss said,

"We've done everything they asked," Rob said, "what else do they want from us? Hmm,"

"Rob, look," the boss stops talking and points his hands towards the broken entrance, "they haven't left us,"

"They're here," Rob looked closely and saw a couple of trucks sigh two armor tanks and armored vehicles, "they haven't left us,"

The Delta Force team moved in with their hand rocket flying out from the top of the armored tanks bringing down the balcony of where the robot had stayed to the ground, "c'mon," they military men shouted. Everybody in spurt moved out at once, some stepping on each other. While others crying their way out singing songs of praises to their different gods, somewhere enjoying the moment and laughing alongside

"Some people are still remaining," the boss shouted moments later the unbelievers with weak faith ran out heart filled with joy,"

While everyone had cleared from the entrance the Captain uncharge of the Delta team made an attempt to wave his hands for the final bombing of Heaven, "Two people walked out at first then one followed behind, "who's that?" The Captain asked, "it's Easton and Ria and Sam," Jnr said, "they saved us all," he smiled,

When the trio had reached the military points, Ray ran up to E and helped him carry Ria, "what about the robots?" He asked, "they're all asleep," Ria said in a low tone,

"And Norman Peters," Ray asked

"Fallen," she says and fainted that very instant,

The Captain had only raised his hands when the command center in the sky released a powerful rocket which caused a powerful tearing of the soil. Some people may call it an earthquake. And in seconds heaven was sucked into the earth and everyone drove home safely.
