Who was this man that made all the ladies skedaddle out of the room? Peace was still engrossed with staring at the young man that she didn't notice that Regan had been tapping her for them to leave. When she finally got herself, Regan pulled her away from the room and they stayed outside.
"Are you out of your mind, Peace?! Why were you staring at the Imperial like that?" Regan asked her in a disappointed tone.
"Was I staring so much? I just wanted to look at the person that made all the ladies disappear. He must be something huge." She responded, not minding the fact that Regan was upset by her behavior.
"Of course he is. He happens to be the leader of the VIPs. The head of Doms per se and yet, you were staring at him as though you wanted to pierce your way into his face mask."
"But what did I do wrong? I didn't even break the rules. There was no submissive to complain about me and besides he wasn't playing with girls like the rest of them. He just walked in with some guys and that's it. I didn't do anything wrong." Regan knew that she was right - after all she didn't offend anyone.
"Whatever..." Regan replied in defeat.
"Anyways, what was that about? Why did the ladies disappear like that?" Peace asked her.
"Because they are holding an important meeting that doesn't demand their presence. There are some times when they hold meetings and we are allowed to stay in the room with them but if they decide to hold a meeting and no worker or sub is there then you know that it is a confidential meeting strictly for the bosses." Regan explained.
"Wow this is serious business." Peace said, nodding her head. "But the lady that walked in with Mr Imperial, was that Miss Red?" She asked again.
"Yes," she answered. "She is the only VIP that shows her face. Everyone knows her and she isn't hiding her identity. You've already met her so you know."
"So are we to stand here and wait. We can go back and come back later. And what about the other girls holding the tray of wine? I thought that they were heading towards this place?"
"Nope. They serve the Doms like us. Most of them are going to the rooms where the act is going to take place to serve them drinks."
On hearing that, Peace slightly opened her lips making it to form an O. Regan could tell that she was surprised by what she said but it was already a norm for them in this place.
"Wait a minute. You mean that some of the workers watch them do the umm..." She clears her throat. "The umm..." She stuttered.
"Yes, but not for long though. They are just to serve the wine and leave immediately." Regan answered her, holding back herself from laughing.
"And they are cool with that?"
"Of course. As long as they have their mask on, then there is no problem."
"Wow. There seems to be a lot of sin going on around here." Peace remarked and before she could say anything else, some of the VIPs were out including the Imperial. On sighting him, they bowed their heads downwards in reference allowing him to pass while he just stared at Peace briefly before passing.
Just the aura that flowed from him while he passed made Peace feel uneasy in some way -- It was just like when she was standing in front of the bouncers, or maybe this one was worse. Whatever it was, she decided to push it to the back of her mind and they went back inside to serve the rest of the Doms and to clear the tables if necessary.
As they went inside, they found their wine bottles opened but not yet poured into their tumblers and Peace wondered if the Doms were too lazy to also pour out their own drinks. Is this what they meant when they said that they were sensitive? To her this was nothing but laziness and insensitivity. She would forever hate rich people, she thought.
She went to one of the tables to pour out wine for the VIP sitting in front of her and while she was doing that, a young man dressed in an all black attire of black T-shirt and black jeans trousers and a black shade to match walked in and sat beside the man. Peace assumed that he either seemed his bodyguard or a thug but he was definitely one of the two personalities.
"What room is he heading to?" The VIP asked.
"Room 202." The thug replied.
"Get the job done, Spider. Kill the imperial." The VIP concluded and handed him a fat envelope. "Do a clean job. Your balance comes immediately after the job is done and confirmed."
"Yes boss." The thug collected the envelope and left the room immediately.
Were her ears deceiving her? Did she hear correctly? Did this man actually want to kill the imperial?! Why did he have to say that to her? And what was she supposed to do now that she has heard what they were planning to do to the imperial? Was she going to keep quiet, mind her business and pretend she heard nothing while they killed a young man? Should she save the young man instead? She didn't know what to do at that point. Telling Regan about it wasn't an option as Regan wasn't going to find what she said believable.
Then she decided… She decided that she was going to save the young man. She finished serving him and went straight to where Regan was and whispered into her ears.
"Regan, can you tell me where I can find Room 202? I have been sent on an errand there." She told Regan.
"Okay umm... Once you leave this room and go outside completely. Take your left and go straight. You will appear in the exclusive rooms area. Room 202 should be somewhere on top." Regan replied.
"Okay thank you." Without waiting for her to say any more thing, Peace left hurriedly and began to follow the directions given to her. She soon found the rooms and by her side were rooms 195 and 196. She knew she was close and so she kept searching the tags on the doors. She took one last turn and saw herself staring at room 200. She was relieved to know that room 202 was close by and after taking a few steps, she found it. She knocked on the door but there was no response and she opened the door.
She saw the imperial sitting alone on his bed still dressed in his suit and sipping from his drink and immediately she wasted no time in telling him why she was there.
"You have to leave this place, sir!" She said in an urgent tone. "Someone is about to kill you! Please leave this place immediately." She couldn't see his face because he was still wearing his mask which covered half his face but the man appeared to be unbothered but she could feel that he was staring at her.
The man stood up from his bed, tilting his head to the side and pointing at her as though he knew her.
"You are..."
"Please just leave now. A man is coming to kill you" She cut in. She soon heard footsteps approaching as she left the door slightly open. Yes, that was him. She knew he was coming. The thug. The spider of a guy. He was coming to kill the Imperial and she had to do something quick. The steps came closer than ever and in an instant she rushed the imperial and kissed him on the lips. She didn't end there -- she even took his hand to her ass and made him grab her on her ass cheek while she moaned over his lips as she continued kissing him.
The imperial was left stunned but for some reason, he couldn't let go and just followed her lead. Soon, someone came into the room and it was just as she described -- a man. The imperial could see him from where he stood but he (the thug) made no further steps but instead he stood for a few seconds, squeezing his hand tightly on the handle of the knife that he held and out of frustration, he left the room.
Sensing that the man had already left, Peace broke out of the kiss and immediately looked behind her to check if he had gone. Relieved that he had left and wasn't going to come back, she then turned towards the imperial and informed him that she would be leaving.
"I have to go now. Please be careful." She turned around to leave but he stopped her.
"Stop right there." The voice came with a heavy and hardened tone and she stopped instantly. She then turned to look at him only to see him taking his mask off.
Peace gasped and her face widened in shock as she saw the face behind the mask. It was the least person that she expected. He was none other but Mario Stone. She couldn't believe that she just kissed Mario Stone.
