The next morning, Callie woke up in her tent bright and early. She sat up from her sleeping bag, taking a sip of water. She put one of Yuki's t-shirts on and climbed out of her tent. She rubbed her eyes as the sun glared in her eyes. Callie blocked the sun with her arm. She suddenly felt water drizzle on her arm. A confused look grew on Callie's face as she lowered her arm. "What the..?" Callie mumbled. Yuki and Daichi would be training as they floated above the water. Daichi grinned, "Come on Yuki… You need to kill me faster!" Daichi said. Yuki glared at Daichi, dashing towards him. Callie's eyes widened. "He…" Callie mumbled. Callie ran over to the shoreline. "He didn't move…" Callie said. Yuki then punched Daichi in the face. Daichi flew backward into a tree. "Agh!" Daichi shouted in pain. Yuki looked at the tree, heavily exhausted. He would be breathing heavily, trying to keep himself up. Yuki then closed his eyes, passing out. Yuki fell into the water. "Yuki!!" Callie shouted. Callie ran into the water and grabbed Yuki, bringing him to shore. Callie laid Yuki's back on the ground. Callie started cpr. "Wake up!" Callie shouted. Callie looked at Yuki worried. Yuki then coughed up water. "C-Callie..?" Yuki opened his eyes. Color came to Callie's face, "Oh thank goodness…" Callie said, hugging Yuki. Yuki looked confused. "I've had worse happen to me… Water isn't going to take me out…" Yuki said. Callie over at Yuki. "Stop being an idiot…" Callie said. Yuki smiled, scratching the back of his head. "Sorry bout that.." He smiled. Yuki stood up, holding his hand out to her. Callie grabbed Yuki's hand getting up from the ground. Yuki turned to walk out to the water. Callie gripped his hand tighter. Yuki turned looking at Callie confused. "After all this…" Callie said. Yuki kept a look of confusion. "Stay with me…"
"... Forever… Please..?" Callie asked. Yuki nodded, "I promise. Forever." Yuki said. A grin grew on Yuki's face. A vision then came to Callie's mind, Yuki would be bloody and beaten up. His metallic arm would be separated from his body. But… He was standing there… With nothing but a grin on his face. Callie came back to the present and her eyes widened in shock. Suddenly, a Peregrine falcon landed on Yuki's robotic shoulder. Yuki looked at the falcon slightly confused. "What the..?" He then noticed a letter attached to the falcon's ankle. Yuki untied the not, reading it. The falcon then flew from Yuki's shoulder. Yuki's eyes widened, dropping the letter on her the ground. Yuki ran over to his tent. Callie looked over at the tent confused. "Y-Yuki…?" Callie asked. Callie walked over to the tent, looking inside. When Callie approached the tent, it was completely empty. Callie's eyes widened. She came out of the tent and walked over to the group. "Y-Yuki! He's-"
Asuka looked at Callie confused. "W-What's wrong Callie?" Asuka asked. Callie would regain her breath. "Yuki… He's gone." Callie said. Asuka looked back at the tent, "What..?" Asuka said. Asuka walked over to the tent, looking inside. There was a note lying on the sleeping bag. Asuka looked at the note, "Hey Callie, If you're reading this I'm back home, my mom suddenly got really sick and I need to go see if she's alright… But don't worry about me, I need you to keep training harder! I'll be alright," Yuki said. Asuka folded the letter, putting it in her pocket. She walked over to Callie. "Get back to training," Asuka said. Callie looked at her confused. "B-But what about Yuki!?" Callie shouted. Asuka stood there, "It's none of your business… Get to training now." Asuka said. Asuka walked away and Callie glared at her.
Meanwhile, Yuki sat in his bedroom. He looked at his hand which had a large scar. "W-Where did this come from…" Yuki thought. The door then opened as his father walked in. "Your mother is awake," Akuno said. Yuki stood up, walking out of the room past his father. Akuno looked at Yuki as he walked down the hall. "Do you know how this happened..?" Yuki asked. Akuno shook his head, "I do not… I am just as confused as you are…" Akuno said. Yuki nodded, clenching his left fist. Yuki opened the door to the master bedroom. Yuki turned to his Father. "Are you coming in..?" Yuki asked. Akuno shook his head, "She told me she wanted to talk to you alone…"
Yuki nodded, walking into the room. The door closed behind him. The curtains were open and a cloudy shine was glaring in. Reo sat in the bed, looking at Yuki with a smile on her face. Yuki walked over to his mom. "How're you feeling..?" Yuki asked. Reo sighed, putting her hands on Yuki's. "I'm alright Yo-Yo… Don't worry about me." Reo said. Yuki blushed, "M-Mom! I told you to stop calling me Yo-Yo!" Yuki said. Reo chuckled, "Oh, right… I'm sorry Yo-Yo."
Yuki smiled, "At least you're alright…" Yuki said. Reo then looked out the window. "Why have you been missing school..?" Reo asked. Yuki looked at his mother surprised. "O-Oh…" Yuki stuttered. Reo had a soft smile, then looked back at Yuki. "It's alright… You don't have to tell me, your Father and I are very worried." Yuki nodded. "S-So… What all happened..?" Yuki asked.
