Chapter 67 Another Wonder Woman? (Rewritten)

Diana had often heard Stephen and the legend team say that she would become Wonder Woman in the future. So, when he mentioned it again, Diana's immediate reaction upon seeing Wonder Woman was to point at herself and ask, "Me? Have I always been here?"

"You are a Wonder Woman, but that Wonder Woman may not necessarily be you. That's what makes it interesting. I saw another Wonder Woman here. Now, the main question is: Who is she? Where did she come from? I can't wait to find out about her. I must discover her true identity," Stephen said with a slight smile, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

"Where did you see her?" Diana also wanted to find out.

Stephen shook his head. "It was quite a distance away, but since she is here, it shouldn't be difficult to find her. Let's find a good spot to observe the theater-."

"Perhaps she came to confront Ares as well?" Diana speculated.

"Who knows?"

Originally, their plan was to take a leisurely walk and then search for Ares. However, Stephen had changed his mind. They were now in a room on the top floor of the city's tallest hotel. With envy from the waiter, Stephen led Diana and Lilah directly to the room.

"The view from up here is quite impressive."

Stephen stood by the window, nodding in satisfaction. From this vantage point, most of the city could be seen. If the other Wonder Woman had come to fight Ares, he would be able to spot the battle quickly.

Turning around, he playfully pulled Lilah towards the bed, removing her coat and unbuttoning her clothes. Stephen laid his head on her lap like a pillow and untied the knots on her clothing. The restraints loosened, and her clothes fell away, revealing her figure in an instant.

Stephen casually played with her, chuckling at Diana, who had walked over to the window and was looking outside. "This new Wonder Woman must be connected to Paradise Island. I wonder if your mother found her after leaving you by my side. A substitute Wonder Woman to fulfill your mission. If she can defeat Ares, it would be ideal. Even if she can't, at least you will be safe and still have a chance to complete your mission."

"But I've never heard my mother mention her before," Diana turned her head upon hearing his words. As she did, she was met with the absurd scene on the bed, where Lilah actively caressed Stephen.

"Don't go too far," Diana frowned and snorted.

"Am I going too far?" Stephen raised his head and asked Lilah.

Lilah smiled sweetly. "Definitely not."

Stephen smiled triumphantly. "I might indulge you, but I will never force you. However, I don't mind indulging myself with you, even though I have already indulged quite a bit." He produced the lasso of truth, glowing with golden light.

Diana turned her head in silence and looked out the window.

"I enjoy how you pretend not to understand me or refuse to meet my gaze," Stephen said with a light smile. He simply rolled over and lay down, glancing at Lilah, who willingly climbed on top of him.

The voice of temptation!

It felt like the voice of temptation!

Diana found it more painful than hearing Athena's repeated voices in her mind. She felt the urge to turn around and leave multiple times, but she feared that Stephen would catch on and torment her. So, she could only stare at the unchanging view outside the window.

Fortunately, she had no understanding of human society, so the short time did not bore her.

But!

Stephen was a tempter, and it seemed like he had guessed Diana's thoughts. He wanted her to surrender and see if she could resist turning her head, or if he could resist being the first to give in!

Life was so monotonous. Every now and then, she had to find some amusement for herself!

An hour passed...

Two hours passed...

Stephen and Diana both emerged victorious, but Lilah was left exhausted.

"Enough!" Diana finally couldn't bear it anymore and turned her head to shout. As soon as her voice trailed off, Stephen seemed to regain his composure.

"I won!" Stephen smiled triumphantly.

"Childish!" Diana retorted coldly.

Stephen shrugged, got up, and walked towards the bathroom. Meanwhile, Diana, still seething with anger, found Lilah lying on the bed, wide-eyed and smiling.

After a while, Stephen hummed a tune with forgotten lyrics as he showered.

Casting a glance at the sleeping Lilah, Stephen walked over and lay down, saying to Diana, "Would you like me to make room for you?"

Diana replied coldly, "I don't know why my mother thinks it's better for me to follow you, but even if enduring this is the path to becoming stronger, I would rather give up!"

"I will find Ares and defeat him, or be defeated by him!"

Diana looked resolute as she opened the door and left the room.

"I am a dutiful and righteous child. Even in death, I will not waver, and I will only answer to myself," Stephen muttered to himself with a chuckle. "Come on, my dear. There's no need to pretend to be good around me. Do whatever you desire."

With a chuckle, Stephen lay down, his arms wrapped around Lilah.

As for Diana?

Leave her be for now!

As night gradually fell, the once silent night erupted with a distant explosion.

Both of them, awakened by the sound, got up from their slumber.

In the dimly lit room, they could see a brilliant light in the distance through the window, as if the night was being illuminated.

"Where is Diana?"

Lilah, still groggy, noticed that Diana was not in the room.

"Let's go. Follow me," Stephen casually replied, getting up and heading towards the window. One of Diana's abilities is super perception, bestowed upon her by Artemis, the goddess of the hunt. It greatly enhances her vision, hearing, smell, taste, and even her sense of touch. This ability allows her to have superhuman eyesight, enabling her to see far distances and lock onto targets more accurately. She can even deflect bullets and lasers with this power.

Therefore, even though the fire was far away, Stephen could still see it clearly. Especially after enhancing his vision, it was as if he had opened a high-powered telescope.

In the midst of the flames, Stephen witnessed Wonder Woman engaged in a fierce battle with an old man—who happened to be the god of war, Ares!

"This Wonder Woman has indeed come for Ares, the god of war," Stephen murmured, watching with great interest.

From a third-person perspective, she resembled Diana. However, her weapon was a silver lasso, similar in style to the golden lasso. One golden and one silver? No one would believe that Wonder Woman had no fondness for ropes. But she appeared somewhat weaker. It seemed that very few Amazons possessed the strength to replace Diana as Wonder Woman. So this person must be... Donna Troy?

...

A. So, here comes the question? Who is this Donna troy and How she appear to be?
