: Chapter 20

She was crying uncontrollably ever since she came. Not saying a word except 'You were right'. Whatever had happened had traumatized her and it was traumatizing me. I couldn't bear seeing her like this. Since we were little I was always the one who protected her. Liana was naive and still is and she is easily persuaded. Like Ryan, I never liked that guy. Liana liked him and I had a feeling he was one of the reason why she was crying -and for sure he was.

"What happened Liana. You can't come here and start crying without telling me what happened," I say.

She sniffles and rushes back into my arms burying her face in my shoulder. "Lia, What the heck happened!?" I shout. I guess I had frightened her by the way she jumped and started to shiver. Blake walks in with a tray in his hands. It had three cups on it. I steady her as she sat on the couch between us. I handed her, her cup.

"Lia, talk to me, what happened?," I ask her. She takes a few sips before placing her cup down. She looks out of the window and ignores me. "Fine then, I'll call mom," I say as I stand up.

I feel a hand grabbing my arm pulling back on my seat. She bites her lip as tears rolled down her cheeks, "I..I met my mate," she whispers.

"And?," I ask. "Its Ryan," she replies.

I nervously laughed as she looked at me with confusion. "Sorry wait. What you are telling me is that ass of a guy is your mate? My future brother-in-law?" I ask.

She nods and says, "Well not anymore".

"What does that mean?" Blake asks curiosity playing in his eyes.

"He..he rejected me," she says.

I stand up and put my chest over my chest. "Maybe he was just shocked or scared or..," Blake says as cut him.

"Liana, haven't I warned you about him? Haven't I told you to stay away from him? You thought I was stupid, that I was jealous," I yell at her, "And why are you wet and dirty?".

She began to cry, "They...splashed me with water on my way home," she replies.

"Who are they?" I ask.

"Reya and R..Ryan," she stutters.

I couldn't bear it, I had to teach that asshole a lesson. "Confirm he lives two blocks away down the street," I ask as I smile to my thoughts.

Blake looked at me with suspicion. Liana nodded and I went on my way. I went out of the house, Blake shouting out my name behind me.

'Where are we going?' Minsi asks me.

'To get you fresh meat,' reply her with a smirk on my face.

"Luna!" Blake shouts, "We can't solve this violently. Let go back and talk!".

I still ignored him. 'You can't disobey Alpha,' Minsi tells me.

'We're the Alpha for now Minsi,' I tell her.

I felt her rejoice with joy. I walk down Ryan's house's pathway to the doorstep. Blake had already given up and was standing by the gate. The guard had tried to stop me but I punched his face so hard that he cried. I saw Blake's worried face loosen as he looked impressed. Ryan opens the door and I was glad it wasn't any of his servants.

"And what do you want?" he asks me.

I grab him by the collar as I shove him to the wall. "Who do you think you are to reject my sister?" I ask him. He just laughs. 'You still dare to laugh?'. I punch his cheek and he whined in pain.

"What the heck man," he yell as he shoves me away, "Who are you to hit me. Your silly sister was just an object to be toyed around with," he says.

'An object...,' the words echo in my mind. I could feel my anger erupting. I kick him damn hard where it hurts and he scrambled on the flow. "That's for rejecting her," I say as I kick him again on the back, "And that's for calling her an object".

Reya comes out of the house with nothing but a lace morning gown covering her, "Ryan baby," she says, "What's taking you so long". She gasps as she see him on the ground in pain. She narrows her eyes at me as she hissed, "Bitch, why are you here?".

She looks behind me to find a shivering Liana. She smiles and puts her arms over her chest and leans on the door. "Ohhh, so little princess went to report and brought her little body guard here," she snaps, "How pathetic Liana, so cheap. Do you really want him that desperate?".

Her gaze goes to Ryan who was still rolling on the ground in pain. She frowns, "You can have him, I don't fuck weak men".

She looks at Blake behind me and a smirk appears on her face. I felt Minsi growl in anger begging me to come out. 'Why is she looking at alpha like that. Let's claw out her eyes,' she growls. We watch as Reya walked up to Blake sliding her fingers down his arm. 'Oh no you don't'. Minsi bursted out.

I grabbed her by the hair pushing down hard on the ground. Her gown flips showing her naked skin.

"Never ever touch my Alpha," Minsi says her voice thundering. She goes up to her and slaps her hard on the cheek. "Leave!" I yell.

Reya runs away like a scared kitten. Liana run to me and hugs me. "Luna," she whispers, "Thank you".

I hug her back and I was glad she was now calm. "Liana," I hear Ryan say, "I'm sorry".

Liana rolls her eyes and says, "You rejected me and now you expect me to forgive you. Don't you like Reya anymore?".

Ryan shakes his head and says, "I was just...in shock".

I felt like punching him again. "Cut the crap Ryan. I gave you a lot of chances but you didn't change. I don't date Reya's leftovers," Liana hisses.

Before he could reply she was now on her way back to the house. I laugh at him and say, "You sure are an asshole," I pause, "Rejected by two girl in minutes. I hope you learnt a lesson".

I turn around and signal Blake to follow, "Let's go baby".

He follows behind as we left Ryan in shock. Liana was now in her room and I decided to give her space. "Mom and dad will be here in an hour," I tell Blake, "Nana is not yet home and dad likes eating after long journeys, so I will cook in the meantime".

I go to the kitchen and put my apron on. I wash my hand and as I dry them I feel hands on my waist.

"Blake, this is not the time to play. I gotta cook," I say. I turn around to find myself in a different kitchen with the vampire guy in front of me.

'Crimson eyes...,' I say in my mind. 'Adonis!'
