She tried to pull her wrists, but she failed. She looked at him and again tried to pull her hands but in vain.

He pulled her wrists pulling her close to him, moved one of his hands on her waist and another one on the back of her neck and softly placed his lips on hers and kissed her.

"Coming here was not your choice?" asked Young-Chul.

"I never wanted to leave India but the only option for me to live a peaceful life was to get away from everyone. Leave my past life behind and start fresh," said Nivritti.

Nivritti took a deep breath and picked up the cream tube. She kept applying the antiseptic cream over Kyung-Soo's hands and started telling her story.

She started from the very beginning how she met Ritvik first. How he was her junior yet fascinated by her. She told them everything that happened in the college and how he would keep staring at her but never had the courage to talk to her.
