Something was definitely off.
I woke up this morning and Jordan was missing. From his scent he had been gone awhile. I didn't think much if it believing it was pack work but it didn't begin to add up when I walked into the dining room and he walked out immediately.
I was completely stunned but composed myself.
Did he hate me? Is he irritated by me?
Deciding to address the matter later, I followed Oliver to hunt when he offered.
“What are you thinking about?” he asked at the same time a drop of blood hit the floor from his fangs.
“It's nothing.” I replied casting my gaze in the body f water that lay in front of us.
“It can't be nothing to have you this deflated.”
“What about you? Your head's been low all morning. Nothing like the Oliver I know.” I deflected.
He gave a light chuckle, strands of his hair shining as they caught the sunlight.
“If I tell you, you'll tell me what's up with you.” he stated but it felt more like a demand.
