“Eh!!? You don’t remember anything!!”
Lilia’s reaction when I told her about my lost memory was… surprise to say the least. Her eyes went wide as she covered her open mouth with both her hands.
“Well, there are things that I remember but…” scratching the back of my head I couldn’t help but look down. “Most of it isn’t of much help.”
“You don’t remember your name?” She asked
“No.”
“And where you are from?”
“Not a clue.”
“Any people you were close to? Your family or a friend or…”
“No one comes to mind.”
“What do you remember then?”
“hmm…” I looked up to the sky and thought about it for a moment.
“I remember that it was a really bad day… and that I almost got killed… oh, and I can recognize my face too.”
“Is that it?”
“Yes…”
Lilia went quite, looking at the ground with clear depression.
“Sorry…” her voice was so faint, almost unnoticeable.
“What are you apologizing for?”
