Ch 04.2

After being hurried by Iris to get done, I spent less than ten minutes showering then got out. I wore the change of clothes I usually sleep in then waited for the ones I took off to clean and dry.

Soon after we left to find a place to get breakfast in and for the second time I noticed the thing that bothered me ever since we got to this planet; the crowds of Zesioniens moving around.

"Is something wrong?" Asked Lilia, sitting across on the opposite side of the table.

I let out a long sigh prompting Lilia to ask me that question, and while the answer was obvious I didn't know the best words to put it in.

"Nothing, really." I answered waving my hand weakly. "It's just... this place is nothing like I had in mind."

While it being night all the time helps a little, the clean roads and peaceful looking people walking around shattered the image of a multiracial alien planet I got from the movies I watched.
