Thunder and Lighting

This time Taiyi chose to skip all the welcome procedures when he entered the game; he couldn't wait to drag Haonan to check out his newest teammate, the Lucky Priest.

Haonan threw out a bunch of questions in one breath like a repeating crossbow gun:

"Is it going to work? You found that on the forums? Is it a guy or a girl? A local? Is the English excellent?"

"Don't ask so many questions; at least Lucky Priest is a Support class player; we all have to go and meet with this Luckiey," Taiyi said.

In all big online games, Support class players are infrequent because players often want to be the hero, not the hero's assistant.

Taiyi got up from the damp and gloomy ground, where he had previously left the game, riding with Haonan on two horses.

He recalled Caroline's situation; oh no, Caroline is probably still thinking about him and Haonan in her head!

But this is not very important; after all, Caroline is destined to become someone else's wife and mother. Taiyi, as a player, will sooner or later part ways with this "childhood friend" assigned by the game system.

"What are we going to do now?" Haonan grimaced; he looked at the pocket watch hanging on his chest, it was sterling silver, and the hands were pointing to 5 o'clock.

"Didn't you already get the Trial of Courage substitute? Of course, go to help you finish the trial first." Taiyi said.

Taiyi said the "substitute" is the blood of Frost Hound, and Haonan has already got it with the help of Taiyi.

The morning mist had not yet dissipated, and the two men had set up camp in a flourishing forest yesterday.

And Haonan, being a wilderness survivalist, even gave Taiyi a stunt performance of catching a hare with his bare hands yesterday.

And the poor stupid rabbit became a snack for the two.

In fact, the player doesn't hunger and can not really feel the delicious food in the game.

But in the words of "Sir Haonan", the rabbit has been gloriously sacrificed; it would be inappropriate not to do something about it.

"I need to take her to the Magic Bazaar," Taiyi said; he apparently mentioned Caroline.

He pulled a longsword from the ground, a knight's sword Haonan had stuck in the mud.

Haonan pulled out two horses from the side and handed Taiyi the reins of the black horse, which had already eaten its way to a round stomach.

"Nah, your Ferrari."

"Thanks, bro."

Taiyi followed Haonan's action and rolled straight onto the horse; he did not return the longsword in his hand to Haonan.

Taiyi tried to activate the magic power. At once, the sludge stuck to the silver longsword turned into ashes, turning into a smudge of soot from the grave of the rabbit that had died before.

And the whole silver longsword was suddenly shiny and new.

[Item: Knight's Longsword (White Level 1)]

[Item Description: A longsword cleaned by a trainee mage with magic seems to have something different from an ordinary sword. Keep up the excellent work; the quantitative change may lead to qualitative change.]

And Haonan and Taiyi are teammates of the group; they can both see the change in the item description.

"Although it's not the first time I've seen you use magic, I still want to say, how many cool!!!" Haonan was very envious.

Among the 10 male gamers, it is estimated that at least 9 would like to use magic like Taiyi.

But unfortunately, Haonan has already chosen the warrior class, and he cannot switch his career path before LV50.

Magic can only be his fantasy at this stage.

The two men rode side by side towards Ralu Village while chatting casually.

"By the way, I haven't asked yet, how did you kill Frost Hound? That's a level four purple hound!" Haonan asked once again.

Honestly, he didn't believe that Taiyi had killed the Hound with an axe.

"You really want to know?" Taiyi raised his eyebrows; he did not want to bring up this unbelievably shameful magic fumbling experience. Still, if Haonan was curious, he did not mind performing it.

"What? Can you show that to me now? I can't wait!!!"

"Okay, that's what you said, don't regret it later." Taiyi showed a mysterious smile.

He now had a neat idea that was enough to make Zhang Haonan cry and beg him not to use magic.

Taiyi raised the silver longsword in his hand high, and then he shouted with an accent he had practiced to perfection:

"Thunder and Lighting!"

In the next second, an eerie blue light streaked past the tip of the knight's sword, and after another second, a rumbling burst crossed Zhang Haonan's ears.

Rumble! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Thunder and lightning both exploded at Haonan's feet!

Haonan was startled, he didn't expect a sudden, unmistakable, loud thunder to explode behind him, and it was all thanks to Taiyi, the evil mage!

"You almost scared me to death!" Haonan frowned; his instantaneous heart rate must have been as high as 500 beats per minute just now! Definitely!

"Good, that's what Frost Hound thought, and then he died." Taiyi shrugged, innocence written in his eyes.

"WTH?" Haonan roared.

Taiyi tossed the knight's longsword back to Haonan as he pulled the reins of his black Ferrari tighter: "Haw! Charge!"

"Let's race!" Taiyi laughed loudly in front of him while shouting to Haonan, who was left behind.

The two chased each other back to the small thatched house in Ralu Village, where Caroline was waiting for them outside the house after an early start.

"Have you lived enough? Going on an adventure in the misty forest at night?!"

Caroline crossed her arms and yelled at the two men, "This is childish behavior; adventure wouldn't let you guys be heroes!"

"Okay, you are right, Mama Caroline." Haonan jumped down from his horse; he looked at Caroline's face; he really wanted to laugh:

She was too much like a mother who was scared for the sake of her naughty children.

"What are you talking about! I'm not married yet!" Caroline's eyes were red; Taiyi didn't know if she was sleepy or shy.

"Come on, Caroline, don't you want to go to Magic Bazaar?" Taiyi smiled and took Caroline's hand, "Come on, I'll take you shopping."

"You have money?" Caroline raised her eyebrows; she felt the teenager in front of her teasing her with flowery words.

"Sir Haonan is willing to pay a high price for Frost Hound's blood, and in return, he will reimburse us for all of our expenses at Magic Bazaar."

"Ah yes, yep, of course, it's all voluntary on my part," Haonan said with a grin on the side.

"Caroline, would you wanna me to teach you how to ride a horse?" Taiyi said.

Taiyi's black horse was standing aside and snorting through his nostrils, seemingly complaining about Taiyi's rude actions when he just used himself.

Caroline looked at Taiyi's gentle face. Not knowing what was happening, she suddenly couldn't control herself and nod.

Praise the Goddess of Harvest! She just wanted to ride a horse!

As it turned out, Caroline thought of Taiyi as too ungentlemanly; he is gentle and respectful.

Taiyi did not share a horse with her but walked behind Caroline.

The black horse also carried some body tissues of Frost Hound, which Taiyi was going to take to sell for money at Magic Bazaar.

Taiyi stood under the horse; he took the reins and led the horses toward Red Coral Town.

The early morning sun shone behind the three young men, while ahead was the beginning of the great business of a future best warrior and a grand magus. Everything seemed so silent and peaceful.
