The door of my cell opens after a few hours. And for once, I feel relieved seeing Zuriel's face. Though, his grin in that Frame he's using still looks annoying. Well, a little less annoying than the real one.
"Hello, Carlos!" he greets as he enters.
That's the name we agreed upon and also the name I gave to the guards when I was apprehended. Despite his goofy looks, this guy is powerful. He knows where all of us are.
"Caused a ruckus on your first day, huh?" he adds. As his hand is on his chest, he says to the guard, "I'm gravely sorry on his behalf. He can sometimes be an excellent troublemaker."
"He is pardoned, for now," says the guard. "since it is proven that it's not his fault."
"Thank goodness!" Zuriel laughs. "Well, thank you, sir, for the pardon and for treating him well!"
*Sigh*
I'm finally out of that dungeon. I thought I was gonna be in there for longer.
"So," he says as we fly above the street. "what happened to ya?"
