Letitia is done with my handgun and I'm inspecting it. It looks a little chunkier because of the shiny fur-like spikes of metals around it. Then at the sides, there are metal teeth so it looks like a beast.
"You like it?" she asks me.
"It's cool, I guess. . ." But I'm more worried about how well it performs.
Meanwhile, far to my right, I see that Zuriel's left eye has healed completely. Now, he can smile with both eyes narrowed by his rising cheeks as he plays with Maya and Helena—purposely trying to attack him with dangerous magic. I'm not worried about him because he can handle it.
"Kei?" Letitia says and I'm startled.
"Oh, sorry."
"Do you want to know what it can do?"
"Ye—"
"Yeah!" Nisha yells. She's more excited than me which is adorable.
Then Letitia is just smiling with her hands behind her back, staring at me. "Oh!" she realizes. "We can't test it here."
