Smell Like Master

There were several donkey-drawn caravans and there was only one medium size donkey-drawn carriage in the middle of the convoys. The donkey-drawn carriage in the middle is a bit new and better looking than the other caravan. It was as if it were newly bought from the shop.

In that special carriage, there is a beautiful figure despite being a man. He was non-other than Wei Hen. He was sleeping peacefully even though the carriage was shaking and making a squeaking sound at the same time because of the bumpy road.

But...

He is not alone in that newly bought carriage. There was also an extraordinary-looking man staring at his beautiful-looking face. His eyes didn't blink as much as normal people do when staring at Wei Hen. It was as if he wants to dig a hole in Wei Hen's face with that stare. He felt so much emotion right now. This upgraded version look of Wei Hen makes him even more almost couldn't keep his cool in front of him.

And he couldn't help but be reminiscent of the time when they depart from Hexing Town. This beautiful man in front of him had eyes that were full of determination at that time. In contrast to his eyes, his body and complexion look obviously exhausted. At that time also, he knows that this beautiful-looking man was already made a plan for the future.

"Hnnn~". There was a groan from someone who had just woken up.

"Young Master Wei Hen, you awake". He said after he recovered from his daze by Wei Hen's groan just now.

"En, Shi Lei what time is it now?". Asked Wei Hen.

Yes. The person who was staring so intensely at Wei Hen's beautiful face is non-other than Shi Lei. He was there in the same carriage with Wei Hen because of Wei Hen's instructions and he was there with Wei Hen if he wants any help or something. He was also there to act as a protector or body shield for Wei Hen as per Zhi Peng's request.

While Zhi Peng riding a newly bought horse, leading the pack at the front. The horse's quality is not good enough but it's better than a donkey and ox.

Truthfully, this situation was in Shi Lei's favour. He was very delighted to do this job. And thanks to this favour, he can see this beautiful scene in front of him in the past few days.

" It's afternoon, Young Master Wei Hen". He said as to replied to Wei Hen.

"Hm, it's been two days, right? Ah, I forgot to ask Zhi Peng. Do you know how long it takes to go to Shang Province?". Wei Hen asks Shi Lei while about to reach out to the leather bags that contain freshwater.

Seeing his master's difficulty to reach the leather bag because of the shaky carriage, Shi Lei moved and reach out to the leather bag for his master while answering his question with "Yes, it's been two days and according to Zhi Peng, with our speed right now, we will arrive at Shang Province in about three more days".

Wei Hen said thank you as Shi Lei passed the leather bag to him. And nodded at the same time as he heard what Shi Lei told him.

They can not increase their speed as the ones that pulled them are donkeys, not a horse. It was hard to buy a horse because it was monopolised by influential folks such as the royal family and noble family. Even the one that Zhi Peng rode cost a lot and it was the only one at the trader tavern in Hexing Town at that time.

It was six caravans excluding his carriage. Each of the five caravans contains ten servants and one caravan contains their belongings and their rations. The one who became the coachman of the caravan that contains their belongings and supplies was Zhinu. This caravan was right behind Wei Hen's carriage for safety precautions.

Aside from these reasons, the road is also quite narrow and unmaintained. They had to stop so many times as to avoid or give a chance to every incoming carriage that used the same route.

It was a harsh journey for Wei Hen's still-recovering body and those newly bought slaves. There were forty-five newly bought slaves were brought on this trip. Their age was all around fourteen to twenty-nine. They consisted of orphans or have no family.

The reason why Wei Hen directed Zhi Peng to choose the people who fall under this category was quite obvious actually. And Zhi Peng understands his master's attention.

One. It was to prevent unnecessary stuff like the slave feeling depression and anxiety when they were far away from their families.

Two. It was to avoid 'because of one drop, a jar of milk become bad'. It means because of one own mistake, the family get inflicted.

Three. It also was to avoid the case like when the master punished the slave, his/her family would despise the master.

Wei Hen doesn't want to confront this burdensome circumstance.

Wei Hen also added some more instructions in his word to Zhi Peng when he bought the slaves from the slave trader that day. It was to not buy the slave that had been a male pet to some nobles or some slaves that had been returned to the slave trader because of their bad attitude.

Wei Hen had long practice this method when it comes to buying slave matter since he had bought one before and it cause chaos among the slaves. So he had to sell the slave back to the slave trader.

"Did we encounter any trouble when I was asleep?". Wei Hen asked Shi Lei while lifting the left side curtain enjoying the outside view.

"We do, Young Master Wei Hen". Said Shi Lei while his eyes glued on the person in front of him, feasting his eyes on the fascinating view. "But it was just a small problem". He continued.

"What is it?". Wei Hen asked when heard there was a little problem.

"The thing is...". Shi Lei told Wei Hen that they had to stop so many times as their donkeys and ox showed signs of exhaustion. This means they would take more days to reach the Shang Province. If troublesome situations like this keep going on, their ration would be depleted. They have to think of a way to overcome this situation.

"Do people among the slaves know how to forage and hunt wild animals? I know how to harvest wild bamboo shoots and collect certain types of edible wild mushrooms. I know how to collect edible ferns too". Wei Hen said to him after being silent for a while when he heard Shi Lei's words.

"Answering your question Young Master Wei Hen, I'm not sure if they know foraging and hunting or not but among them, there were former hunter and farmer refugees from neighbouring countries who were caught and then sold to slave traders. There are also barbarians from the northern region among the slaves that Zhi Peng bought". Shi Lei answered him.

"Okay, tell Zhi Peng we're going to take a break here. We will stay overnight here". Wei Hen said as he shift his gaze to Shi Lei. "And gather the slaves who know how to forage and hunt. Ask them to teach the others how to hunt and forage. Ask Zhi Peng to arrange for their group". He continued.

"Oh, one more thing, if they found a river report to me. I want to take a bath". He said to Shi Lei as Shi was about to exit the carriage.

"Yes, Young Master Wei Hen". Shi Lei's action halted and then replied to him before exiting the carriage.

It's been so long since they didn't get a bath. Even Shi Lei was uncomfortable being with his master in the same carriage. His smell began to a bit stink and he was afraid that his scent would irritate his master while his master mysteriously was still smelling nice like jasmine as that day when they departed from Hexing Town.

That is the reason why Shi Lei couldn't keep his composure when he was alone with his Young Master Wei Hen.

After Shi Lei was out of sight. Wei Hen continues his nap.

Waiting for his hundreds of years waited of bath time.

The water in the stream is clear enough that you can see a fish swimming in it as they chase each other.

It was so nice to hear the sound of water sliding down the stream and see the greatness of the mother of nature.

It was heart-calming and mind-relaxing.

"Haaa~ Finally, a bath time~". Wei Hen said, satisfied as his head popped out of the water. After bathing with the handmade bar soap that he took from home, he slowly swam ashore.

He was only in his handmade underwear.

He was so pleased when he heard that there is a stream near where they're at. So, he urged Shi Lei to immediately bring him to the stream location.

As usual, it was Shi Lei who kept him company. He was standing at the banks holding a thick fabric while watching over his master.

His internal thought is at war right now. He's fighting his urge to pounce at someone right now and enjoy the meal in front of his eyes. He tried to look away but his eyes betrayed him.

Wei Hen is shivering when he arrived at the shore. He put on the handmade low-quality silk pyjamas that Shi Lei placed on the big rock.

Shi Lei's woke up from his wild fantasy as he saw Wei Hen shivering and approaching him and then wrapped his Young Master with the thick fabric in his hand.

Wei Hen's scent of Jasmine flower wafted into his nose.

It was so nice to inhale. Shi Lei's thought.

"Thank You". Wei Hen said as he sat down on one of the big rocks at the shore.

"Why you didn't take a bath?". Wei Hen asked Shi Lei.

"I will be, later, after I sent you back to the carriage". Shi Lei replied to him. His ears are red, blushing.

How can he bathe in front of his master?!! He was too shy to do it in front of his crush.

"Why not now? Don't worry about me. Just take a bath now. You can use my soap if you want to". Wei Hen said to him as he raise his hand to show him the soap on his palm.

At first, Shi Lei wanted to refuse his master but when he heard that his Young Master Wei Hen offered him to use his handmade Jasmine-scented bar soap, he changed his mind and agreed instantly.

He begins to undress and is fully naked. He covered his crotch using his hands. He has a good athletic body shape.

Wei Hen couldn't help but be amazed by Shi Lei's athletic physic.

"You have such a nice body". Wei Hen said as he scan Shi Lei from head to toe.

"You flattered me, Young Master Wei Hen". He said as he turn around and walk towards the water. But he stops his trek and said "You too have a nice body Young Master Wei Hen" without turning his head before he continues to walk towards the water. Leaving his nice butt facing Wei Hen. His face is very red right now.

Actually, this is what he wanted to begin with. He wanted to show his master, his great physic. To put it bluntly, his intention is showing that he wanted to seduce his master.

Shi Lei who heard it only nodded and submerged into the water.

After a while, he took a bath, he gets to the shore and wore his robe. He could only wear the robe that he uses when he comes to this stream. He didn't bring the spare robe cause he didn't expect to bathe while being seen by Wei Hen.

Now, he smells like his Young Master Wei Hen. Later, after they go back to where they camp, he will change this filthy robe into a clean one.
