She couldn't believe that the thought of killing a person crossed her mind. But she was too embarrassed to admit it to her father. So, she just shook her head and said that she was fine. "Thank you for sharing that story with me, Dad," she said. "It must have been hard because it definitely brought back bad memories."

"It's true that everything related to Lim Jade makes me remember ugly memories," her father confessed. "However, despite all of that, it also serves as a reminder that I have to do everything in my power to keep you and Yohan safe at all costs."

"You're already doing a wonderful job, Dad."
