As the game progressed, not only could rewards from the game materialize in the real world, but creatures from the game began to appear in reality as well.

The bottom of the lake was empty, with only a piece of red... clothing? lying slantwise in the center on a patch of dirt.


Mu You was somewhat uncertain. The clothing was only the size of ordinary human attire, with a surface seeming to be covered in scale armor, yet it looked soft.


Mu You landed on the neckline of the clothing and discovered that beside it was a stone-carved human face.


Most of this face was buried in the lakebed's mud and sand, with only half exposed.


When Mu You looked over, the exposed eye of the statue suddenly opened and looked at him.

"Are you... the Mechanic?" Mu You attempted to communicate with the statue. He had long known that the Mechanic wasn't dead, so encountering a conscious 'person' at the bottom of the lake naturally made him think of the Mechanic first.
