56. Ghost on the Mountain Road_1

8 o'clock in the morning the next day.

On a small hill on the west side of East Sea City, a deep brown bus was traveling along the mountain road.

The bus was occupied by more than twenty passengers, but it was very quiet.

The passengers were either asleep or playing with their phones. Only the bus television located at the front was playing a film, emitting a faint sound.

It was a seemingly ordinary scene.

But if anyone were close to the driver's seat, they could see the bus driver's continuously changing and slightly distorted face through the reflection on the windows.

His expressions changed quickly, alternatively laughing, angry, depressed, and calm... it looked quite eerie.

After a while, he tremblingly took out a cigarette from his shirt pocket, and without lighting it, placed it directly in his mouth.

The cigarette quivered in sync with his changing expressions.
