Because Prime Minister Cao had only been focused on chatting with the Eagle Emperor earlier, by the time they turned their attention to Dokne, the battle had already reached a fever pitch.

Dokne's opponent was a male White-Headed Eagle, named Sanggeurante.

Sanggeurante was much larger in size than her and also significantly stronger; he was the most loyal guard by the Eagle Emperor's side.

He too was clad in equipment, but this gear had been crafted by the Skrull people.

Sanggeurante's equipment was made of high-quality materials. However, due to its age, the attributes bestowed by the equipment had all but vanished, leaving only some basic protective functions.

Dokne was different, though.

Dokne wasn't wearing the leather armor that Blue Star People had custom-made for her; that gear was a "special edition" with many parts enhanced for power and did not represent the true craftsmanship of Blue Star artisans.
