89. Last Night at the Mansion

As soon as Kyden arrived at the dining hall, dinner was served immediately. The kitchen staff began entering the hall with platters in their hands.

Mona was anticipating delicious food and felt enlivened, but she failed to ignore the big sizes of those silver platters. She thought that one of those could even feed six stomachs full already.

Staring at the plates of food still covered in a lid, she voiced her thoughts to the Grand Duke. "I wonder what is the occasion."

Mona scanned the table, before settling them on the man with genuine curiosity.

"There is no need for such to have dinner like this. And this much will surely be enough for all of us." Kyden answered casually.

"All of us?" Mona repeated, clearly bewildered by what he mentioned. There was no way the two of them could finish all these foods at all, she thought to herself.
