Every month, the Order of the Highest Priest gathered for a monthly assembly where they were assessed whether they had properly performed their tasks, fulfilled their responsibilities, and acted based on their roles as leaders of their own temples.

The seven highest priests would then discuss the approval of any suggested ideas, implementation of new policies or dismissal of the temples' personnel, as well as allocation of their added tasks for the beginning of the following month.

The assembly always occurs on the last day of every month, after all the daily ceremonies have been carried out.

And because of the ongoing Saintess' selection, the gathering has taken longer than it used to. The reason was that another agenda was added to the meeting. It was the evaluation of all the candidates for the selection.
