CHAPTER 57: kill any of them?!

  Geneva’s POV

He pointed the gun at me and smirk. He shot me straight to my shoulder. I groaned in pain. “Agh,” I groaned and when I raise my head, I knew he’ll do it again.

“Fuck,” I mumbled and step back.

“What are you doing here?!” Raffa asks. I realize that I’m leaning on the banister of the second floor.

“You the one that I needed…” he says.

“Don’t come near me!” I warned but he didn’t listen. I heard a gunshot, and it was from him.

“One more step or the next bullet will be her head,” he warns.

“Don’t mind me, dad! You have to finish the assignment that was given to us. They won’t kill me. They are already as soft as cotton balls,” she says with mockery in her tone. I look around and saw a tarpaulin. He walks closer to me. I grab the tarpaulin and looked at him.

“Not today,” I remark and even my shoulder was in pain because of the bullet. I decided to jump away.
