  Raphael’s POV

I notice that she almost drops her fork and she turns pale. That’s why I asked her. I hope she’s not sick or something. She looks at me and everyone seems to realize her situation.

“What’s wrong, Gwen?” Mariz asked. She put down her fork and sighed. She pulled a smile but I know that something happens. She shook her head and sipped her tea instead.

“It’s nothing. Don’t worry about me,” she says. I will talk to her personally and make sure that she’ll tell me the truth.

It was Gwen who paid our bills and they bowed down as she gave everyone their tips. We went straight to the airport and our men closed the door. We take a seat and follow the safety protocols. After a few minutes, the plane takes off. I was about to talk to her when she’s already sleeping. I grab her head and make her lean on my shoulder. Everyone starts yawning and closing their eyes. I think they’re tired because… just you know.
