Kyler showed up soon after I got my heart broken, and he was what I needed at the time. One night with no strings, no personal details, just names. Someone to take my mind off things. It worked. We would not need to see each other again.

Come Monday, I walk into class, and there he is! What are the chances that the man I believed I would not ever see again is standing right there, as my new Professor?

　　Being in his arms like this again felt just right. It felt like home. I had that feeling of security again.


　　“Everything is always perfect when it comes to you, my love,” Kyler responds, kissing my forehead.


　　Yes, I love that we have reconnected, but there are still some issues that we need to sort out. Some of those include Julia, Ewan and the university. I will be having a word for Ewan, that is for sure.


　　“Kyler, what are we going to do about the university? We are still going to have to be careful and keep our relationship a secret.”?


　　Until I am either done with my degree or if Kyler finds another job, we will not be able to be open with our relationship. I don’t know if the rules are different when it comes to dating a faculty member as long as you aren’t one of their students. But I don’t want to risk it either way.
