　　Suzy beckoned on a maid to serve us wine mixed with human blood. She also went to turn off the crackling fire of the furnace because the place was getting hotter. There was still no rain and the heat had only gone worse even as at 7:30 am. The sun was fully out to punish us. I wondered if there was another hell after this and how hot it must be.


　　"To understand better, I will need to show you both." Hilda took a sip of her wine before dropping the glass on the table and stretching her two hands to the both of us to tap into her memory.


　　Vampires have a distinct way of tapping into one another's memories and it involves physical contact and the victim letting them into their mind. By nature, vampires learn to shut their minds to prevent mind readers like Cassius and the likes to tap into their thoughts and invade their privacy.
