Night perfectly fell and we're back in the room. It's kinda a shame that we're dripping water everywhere in here. I forgot to turn off the lamp; I can hear it overheating all over the place. Weird enough but the smell of lavender on Aurora didn't fade away the slightest. If anything, it's gotten stronger, just like the heat. Even if summer comes but once a year, I always forget about the hot nights half-covered in sweat-drenched, thin sheet. There's a special type of insomnia that comes but in summer that we commonly forget as soon as summer ends.

We're sitting on the fresh tiles of the bathroom, exchanging a sole towel to dry ourselves up. We're not talking but I wonder whether she knows I'm smiling too or not. A narrow bathroom, disgusting walls, and yet, her smile is the only thing that remains.
