           After Oscar have suggested, they should clean up and talk later, Savarus was thinking that he would have to go home to shower first before coming back, but to his surprise Oscar told him to clean up in his place.

"Why don't you clean up in my place so we can have the conversation quickly, you know I'm a busy man".

"With all due respect, I wouldn't impose on you, I will just go home and take a shower, it won't take much time at all".

"I insist, I don't know you are a man who would shy away from such thing, the maid will show you to the guest wash room" Oscar said.

Savarus was currently taking his bath at the guest wash room, he was battling with his brain to find out what Oscar wants to talk about, after twenty minutes of washing his body thoroughly, he was back to his old self although having to wear new clothes brought in by the maid.

"This looks good on you, not like the one you were wearing, I really wonder what kind of taste you have" Bethany said from the side of the door after Savarus was out.

"Should I take it as a compliment" asked Savarus.

"Whatever" said Bethany while rolling her eyes "my father is already waiting for you".

"Lead the way, my lady" said Savarus in a sarcastic way

"Don't you dare call me your lady".

"Okay, how about lead the way, my love".

"I can clearly see, you have some loss nuts on your head".

"Maybe you would prefer sweetie".

"You are really crazy for sure".

"Enough with the quarreling, why must we always throw words at each other anytime we meet, just lead the way, okay?" said Savarus.

it didn't take them up to two minutes to get to the place where Oscar was already waiting, the few walk to this place was in total silence.

"Dad, he's here" Bethany said.

"You can leave now Bethany, thanks for bringing him here".

"Dad what is your reason for not letting me stay?" asked Bethany.

"Just leave Bethany why must you insist on joining everything".

"Why don't you just listen to your dad and leave without causing any ruckus" Savarus concluded to the conversation

"Won't you mind your business, how did it consign you, if I'm having a conversation with my dad"

"Enough Bethany, leave now" Oscar said in a more commanding voice

Bethany was very angry when leaving, she was staring at Savarus, with eyes full of daggers, like she wants to stab his soul.

"Sit, let's discuss" said Oscar while pointing a seat opposite to him.

"What is your name young man".

'It's really weird hearing the word young man from him, when I'm clearly older than him by far'.

"It's Savarus".

"What clan are you from".

"I'm not from any clan".

"Then where do you learn how to fight like that" asked Oscar.

"I taught myself on how to fight, if you spend a lot of time alone, you will pick up a thing or two about defending yourself" replied Savarus.

"What village are you from" asked oscar without a stopped.

 Savarus was being bombarded by different questions from Oscar without a stop, just after finish replying one, he would be given another one to answer.

"I'm from the land of Konachi, under the Sparadox clan territory" replied Savarus.

"That makes sense, so how old are you?.

"I'm 28 years old".

"Thought as much, you look pretty young for your age".

'Wow I don't believe, I'm actually being refer to as young, if I was still in the craken world, no being would have been able to question me at all, I so much love this world, seeing humans think they are powerful as it is' Savarus said inwardly.

"How did you get to know my daughter" asked Oscar.

"We meet at an alleyway, at that time I saw she was being robbed, so I wanted to help her out but it turns out that she got it all under control".

"Let me tell you one thing about me Savarus, I don't like anybody coming close to my daughter, I put a lot of guards on her because of that reason, I might have believe you today but don't push your luck".

After the word from Oscar the room was now quiet, Savarus didn't know how to go about it, if either he should take it a compliment or not.

"Thanks, I guess".

"Don't be, you see something Savarus, I have a lots of enemies and I don't want to add to it, I know the path I have chosen isn't the good one, it's brings a lot of enemies and it has cause me a great pain taken one of the things I treasure the most, Bethany mother" Oscar said.

"I'm sorry about that" said Savarus not looking sad at all.

"It's already in the pass, so don't feel sad. The time I lost my wife, Bethany was just five years old then, it was so devastating, at first I was going to seek revenge, but by the look on my daughter face at that time, I know that she needed me more than anything".

"So I let go of the feeling of revenge, but not entirely, because I still plan on avenging my wife death, Bethany is the only person I have left and I'm also the only person she have left and I don't plan on leaving her any time soon, so I will wait for her to go her way before seeking my revenge" Oscar said.

"If I may ask, why are you telling me this, we just meet today and not even in a good way.

Oscar continue with his speech, completely ignoring the question asked by Savarus.

"You are a strong and powerful person, and I know it's too early to ask this from you, but can you offer me your help" asked Oscar.

'Wow a king is being offer a job and by a human at that, this is really interesting and funny at the same time'.

"What do you want my help with, if it's okay with me, I might consider it" Savarus said.

"I won't beat around the bush, I want you to protect Bethany from any harm, that's my request. So what's your answer?" Asked Oscar.
