The new King

Savarus took a deep breath after hearing the words said by the encranoe, he wasn't a fool as he couldn't deny that the words said by the encranoe was right.

'If I don't go back to the Craken world then this would repeat itself after some time and I can't let that happen, the humans have suffer enough for my sake' said Savarus inwardly.

"I will be the new King and if any of you have problem with it, then step forward and compete for it" said Savarus in a loud voice.

After about a minute of waiting, he couldn't see any one that was willing. No one in his right mind would want to fight him after seeing what have become of their powerful King.

"In time, I will appoint twelve leaders who would be in charge of making decisions with me over the well being of everyone" said Savarus as he walked towards the settlement.

Nor of the encranoes were able to oppose his decision, they all knew that if they were to, then they will be joining the rest of their fellows who were already long gone from this world and non of them wishes to lose their life after being lucky to escape death once.

The encranoes who were alive didn't waste anytime as they quickly carry out the order which have been given to them by their new King, carrying of their fallen members back to the Craken world.

On seeing that the fight was over, the encranoe with the teleportation ability who was accompanying Savarus some days ago, quickly come out from where he was hiding as he teleport to the side of Savarus.

"I thought you were going to die, it would have been the end of all of us" said the encranoe the moment he appeared beside Savarus.

"I can see you are still alive, what's your name kid?" asked Savarus.

"I'm Elston" replied the encranoe.

"Elston, go join them in transporting the bodies of your fellows, the quicker you guys finish the job, the quicker we go home" said Savarus as he demolish the settlement.

He wasn't going to leave any sign or trace of the encranoes in the human words, that's why he plan on carrying all the fallen encranoe to the Craken world.

The portal between between both worlds was within the barrier set by Savarus, so the encranoes was to carry their dead fellow to the Craken world through the portal.

The three people left with teleportation ability were making the work more easier as they teleport the bodies of the dead close to the portal before passing them towards the encranoes who were at the portal.

They couldn't teleport straight to Craken world as both of the world were differ from each other, so only the use of the portal were they able to cross to the other side.

After two days of working endlessly, they finally was able to carry every single body of the dead encranoes back to the Craken world.

Savarus have the order for everyone to go through the portal, so they could all go back to Craken world except himself and Elston which would be staying behind for sometime.

After everyone have pass through the portal, Savarus make the barrier which he deployed to vanish, while only putting a small barrier around the portal so no one could go through, either from the Craken world or the humans world.

"Why aren't we going through right now, your majesty?" asked Elston.

"Do you remember the location of every kingdom we went to while killing those encranoes?" asked Savarus.

"Yes your majesty" replied Elston.

"Good, we will be going there to take ever single body of the encranoes, we can't let them stay in the human world" said Savarus as he looked up to the sky.

"I understand" replied Elston as he teleport Savarus and himself to one of the kingdoms they have been in.

After gathering the ten bodies of the encranoes in the kingdom they were currently in, thy teleported back to the entrance of the portal before passing through it and dropping the bodies in Craken world.

Teleporting to the other kingdom, they gather the bodies before teleporting back to the portal and passing through it for the second time so as to drop the bodies.

This was what they continue doing untill they got to their last destination, the kingdom of Pekresh, where Bethany was from.

Savarus looked at Elston for some slight seconds before turning his head, he never did give him any instructions to which kingdom he should teleport to, so seeing as he made the kingdom of Pekresh last out all the kingdom they have been in, made him think of something.

'Why did you pick this kingdom as the last one out of the whole twenty?' asked Savarus to Elston in his mind.

"I would be back shortly, gather every single body of the encranoes in this kingdom and wait for me" said Savarus to Elston as he began moving towards one direction.

'It's the least I can do, I just want you to get to see her one last time before leaving' said Elston to himself.

It's been up to five days now since Savarus has departed from Bethany, his legs were heavy as he remembered the state she was in before he left her.

He wasn't there to comfort her when she lost her father, because he clearly knew that Oscar wouldn't be able to make it base on how fatal the wound was.

Not just all about being there to comfort her, knowing as he was the cause of all her pain made his heart to bleed out in pain as he remembered her crying face.

'What's this?' asked Savarus as he look up to the sky to see it it was raining, but it wasn't, he raise his hand towards his face to feel what has just touch his cheek only to notice a tear rolling down his eye.
