As he said that twenty demons step forward. Ravan starts looking at their status to find the best among them because he had a hope that like hades and baali he will find someone worthy of this job too.
" search for the best candidate suitable for the blacksmithing talent and craftsmen talent out of these twenty demons," ravan said as he start staring at every demon. Those twenty demons start getting nervous under his gaze.

Ravan says as he can see some of them crying but choose to ignore them as they have to come out of the slave mentality.
Hades and baali with a few other demons smile and with that, all the demons say," yes your majesty ".

A)Rule no 1: no fight between demons, if there is a problem come to me I will solve it.
B)Rule no 2: prioritizes the safety of everyone first and then yours. If you face any danger help your kind first before saving yourself.
C)Rule no 3: everyone has to work for the betterment of the empire. If one will do the stuff for his selfishness you will be kicked out of the empire.
Only these three rules you all have to follow, more rules or changes in the rules will be introduced and done in future but this is for now. Any questions" ravan asked and surely a young demon boy raise his hand seeing his son raising the hand his father glared at him.

Then the boy asked," thank you, your majesty, my question is why can't we get the name from you as lord hades and lord baali get ".
After listening to the question everyone nodded because as demons they too want their name given by their majesty and eagerly want to know why they don't get it. Hades and baali want to know the answer that why their lord give them the name and not to others.
" because I don't want to, " ravan says as he said that every demon had a shocking expression on its face even hades and baali were no exception. Seeing the serious face of their king they became sad and that boy put his head down in shame.
His father immediately stands up and says," sorry for the behavior our lord, please forgive him for forgetting his limits ". As he asked his son to ask for forgiveness.
As the young boy start speaking sudden laughter echoed in the surrounding. When they all look to see the source it was from their king. everyone became confused as to why their king is laughing.
Seeing their confused faces ravan stops laughing and said," oh, poor souls I was just joking with all of you. Of course, I want to give a name to all of you but I am not that powerful enough to give a name to everyone present here for now. All the power was used while giving a name to hades and baali. That's why seeing I have limited power for now I will give a name to those who have contributed the most to the empire. like a reward for their hard work
Any more questions " ravan said after listening to his answer everyone smiles. and nod their heads in approval.
Ravan without knowing had created the greatest honors between these demons
That getting a name from him means those demons are worthy and will have the highest respect from other self-named demons. A passion ignites in the eyes of several demons to get the name from the king.
Seeing no questions being asked he then asked everyone except the hades, baali, and those four blacksmiths and craftsmen to disperse and do their work
