Angel's POV

"She knew I was hurt." said Gabriel, "She took off at dawn and left some warriors there, I think they told Kisha."

"So what did Kisha do there?" I asked.

"They were making potions there." Gabriel didn't look too good, "With the blood of the rogues they caught."

"Did you see the witch?"

"No, the witch wasn't there." Gabriel took my hand, "We can't let Kisha and her companions know that I went to that mountain last night. I have to let Kisha know that this has nothing to do with us or it might get you in trouble."

"You're right." I sighed, "I won't leave you to face all of these alone next time."

"I will continue to assign people to keep an eye on Kisha. But what happened last night might make them stay out of action for a short time."

"I know." I pulled Gabriel towards my room, "The most important thing right now is to heal your wounds first, then we can think about something else. Come on, you need to rest."
