Demons attack III

"my king, the demons sent to capture the chosen one failed", Fex delivered the news to the king.

He saw the king trail his finger at the tip of the arm rest, the king only does that when he is thinking and he hate being interrupted.

" Have the meris capture her", the king said.

Fex eyes flew open in wide shock, the meris was a terror. A beast that kills anything in sight, even it own people.

" what is he thinking?", fex wondered.

" My king I suggest you don't send the meris as it could create more harm even to our people", fex tried changing the king's mind.

" Fex", the king called out, his voice having a pitch of authority. Fex had no choice but obey the king.

" It shall be done my king ", he bowed down and left the king premise.

Fex walked to the guard guarding the maris cage.

" Release the maris, king order ", he said ignoring the terrified look in the guard face.

Since the time of the first queen of the supernatural realm, the maris was never released from it cage. It was created as a mistake the first queen did when creating the demons. It had Stony body and a sharp black eye with two hands at both side. The four hands were all claws. it had an average size body and it leg was so small and fat that he could crush anything it crosses.

As soon as the door was snapped open a wild growl was heard.

Lizzie had already had Chloe prepared to leave the witches area into the elves, her son Alex had talked her into not letting Chloe leave the realm for fear that she might just go berserk and transform right at the humans eyes.

They walked briskly at the thick deep forest ground. Their was fireflies everywhere lighten the path.

" I just hope we get their in time ", Lizzie said as they walked fastly heading to the elves border.

"How does elves look like?", Chloe asked curiously, she had only heard and seen elves on books but now she felt curious in knowing how it would be in real life.

"They are like humans but they have this pointed ears that is long and so pointy, with fairies wings...",Alex tried discribing the creature to her.

"You mean wings like my own ...", Chloe asked.

"Not exactly because yours is big and huge with pointy ends, wings that resembles that of a bat but more bigger. Now this elves have tiny wings that we can see through, some brings out sparkle ....".

"Sparkle dust?", Chloe suddenly asked. Chloe had being praying that she would see and feel sparkle dust.

"Stop talking ", Lizzie suddenly said even though the conversation amused her.

Her son was too blind to hear the love Chloe had in her voice and her stares.

"Teenager's", she huffed.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh", a Beasty voice was heard round the forest and everyone of them stood rooted in their tracks..

"What was that ?", Alex asked.

Soon foot step was heard nearby, coming closer and closer.

"Alex bring out your sword", Lizzie said taking her's out.

Even though Chloe didn't know how her magic operated, she had taught herself to just let her feelings take control.

They formed a circle and was anxiously looking around for any disturbance. This continued till Lizzie felt the air above them writted, she gazed up and she saw the forbidden meris. Her month flew open in shock and she immediately screamed out to inform the other two.

" Every one run ", Lizzie shouted and without delaying,they all ran, trying to ditch the beast but the beast was so strong and fast, that it knew their next path.

" We can't run from it", Alex shouted, he was already tired and so was Chloe.

Lizzie knew he was right but they didn't know the history of the meris nor did it strength, even she herself had never seen it since she was born, so she was so surprise that the king could send something like that.

"we need to stop ", Chloe said already slowing down."okay then", they stopped and face the beast, who also stopped and roared at them , probably angry that they let him undergo such strength from running.

" Let do this".

Lizzie held her sword and the same was for alex, as for Chloe she just brought her hand up, close to her chest.

"Go ", Lizzie shouted.

Alex ran to the left side of the beast and Lizzie at the right, they were trying to hit it at both sides.

Lizzie swung her sword hard at it and so did alex but the beast caught it halfway, clearly they were too slow and that was to their disadvantage. A beast was suppose to be slow because of it bunkness but clearly this one was different.

The beast held the sword tightly then dragged it close to it self pulling alex and Lizzie along side, when they were close to it, it held their neck tightly the it pushed them into the nearby trees. Once their body hit the tree hard both mother and son black out, leaving chloe to care for herself.

Chloe was more concerned about the two unmoving people then herself.

The beast came closer, trying to intimidate her but surprisely chloe didn't show signs of horrer but their was braveness in her eyes.

The beast charged at her, swinging it left claw like hand at her but Chloe was able to dodge it easily going easily to it back and hitting it back hard with her small hands, but the beast was too big for a punch, it turned round and faced Chloe, it used it head to hit Chloe's, hard on her face.

Chloe fell down and was semi conscious, she was trying so hard to maintain her consciousness but she wasn't successful in doing so.She blacked out, but she didn't black out but her spiritual self seemed to take over completely.

Her eyes glowed a bloody red and her wings spurted out alongside her tail swinging hard.

The beast roared at it and charged at the spiritual chloe.

Lizzie had began to get herself and was ready to face the beast but her eyes seemed to be seeing double, so she rubbed it and faced the heat coming from the powerful fight besides her.

Chloe charged forward, before even reaching the beast, her tail had from behind charged forward and stabbed the beast in the chest bursting out from the back.

The beast roared one more time then it held the tail and dragged it out of his chest, by the time he was through, it faced up to look at it suppose meal but he was only met by a silver blast that roasted it face sending him flying back, crushing into the trees, breaking them at touch. The beast was still at it peek , so it was quick to stand up and ran Chloe who was a little bit away from the ground.

She tried blasting out another silver blast but the beast dodged it so fast and swooped into the air, held Chloe by the neck and dragged her down with it. Falling her to the ground.

IT Continued holding Chloe by the neck, when a straight sword came out and stabbed the beast at the arm.

It was Lizzie, she has swung her sword into the beast. The beast looked at her angrily but Chloe used the opportunity of him distracted and bit it hand hard with her Sharp teeth and that immediately let the beast to free her as it fell over, screaming in pain. Chloe teeth were just like that of a snake, it was poisonous and dangerous.

So the venom in her bite spread round the beast body paralyzing it, until it fainted.

"Chloe", Lizzie said carefully and slowly approaching her.

Chloe was still in her spiritual form so she was clearly lacked the sense of humor and could kill anything that stands in it way.

"I need you to take control", Lizzie said.

Chloe slowly came down, once her foot touched the ground, the air around seemed to surround her feet.

Lizzie quickly bowed down, with her head touching the ground.

Chloe seemed to want to tell her something, so the air around her seemed to give Lizzie the clue.

Lizzie had read it somewhere in a book that once the chosen want to pass down a word to some one , the air gathers at her feet and if the air was the one to gather at her feet when she is above the ground, up in the air, forming a wild tonado, it means that the chosen Is angry.

"Get the chosen one to the human realm, where it safe. I wouldn't let you put the elves in danger, the witches are already reducing drastically, I won't want the same for the elves . once you get into the human realm, teach her what it is to be known and tell her....that the dream she dreamed last it at it peek", the spiritual chloe spoke, her voice seemed to be doubled and multiple voices spoke at once.

"Yes my queen", Lizzie said not looking up.

Soon the air around her seems to deflect and Chloe glowing eyes and appearance disappeared and Chloe came back to her senses.

When Chloe came back to her sense, all she saw was Lizzie bowing down to her.

"Hey.... Lizzie....what the hell are you doing...?",
