CHAPTER 20

Sia came out of the hospital and she can't believe what happened to Milly and who did that to her. Then she was driving back home and she realised she saw Eric outside her station. She think if he is still there or not. She try to call him but he wasn't picking up his phone and she thought maybe he went to home. She look at the phone and it was 2am. She say he might be sleeping now. She arrived at her home and went inside and she saw lights were on. She look around and saw someone lying on the couch. She went near and it was Eric and she say he came here. She look at the dining table and saw food there. She was looking at him and think why is he doing all these. She get up and Eric also wake up. He saw Sia and say you came. Sia say why are you here? Eric say I was waiting for you. He look at the table and say let's eat first. He take her to the table and he heated the food and say served her. She ate a bite and it was good. She say you are really good cook. Eric smile and say thank you then they both went to sleep and Eric also stay there.

Sia went to the crime scene where Milly get burned and she was looking around but she could not figure out how did she get burnt. She suddenly saw a broken string and she grab it and it was long. She was following it and saw a lighter connected to it. She was looking the otherside of it and saw a string knot at the back door handle. She knew that she get burnt because of them as they open the door lighter get on and she was already covered in gasoline so she get burnt. She was coming out of the room. She came back to her station and look at the autopsy report of Zero. It say he was bitten brutally before he was dead and he shot to death. She look at call details of Zero and the Alex ce inside and Sia say Alex, can you check the call details of Milly? Alex say OK, are you looking something? Sia say Yeah, a clue between these two crime. Alex ask you think they are connected? Sia say we will know that later but we can't just let it slide without the doubt. They were looking at the call details and but couldn't find anything and Alex say I don't think there is anything. Sia say yeah, you are right. Alex look at the time and it was already 11pm and he say ma'am let's go now. Sia say OK and they both came out of the office. Alex went to his car and Sia was walking towards her car but she bump into someone and she say sorry and just walk away. She sat inside her car and drive away.
